Worst Best Western This was by far the worst Best Western I have ever been to. The first room was not clean, the second room had no heat (not working), the third room was somewhat acceptable but had to get some towels. Overall it was clean but worn out. The bathroom was dark, as well as the room.

Dilu Ariyam We walked into the lobby around 12 midnight, when we walked in there was a gent staying at the counter to C/I, he said he already stood there for more than 20 minutes after some time he left and we were in the lobby for more than half an hour, then a lady came in, we figured that she is the night clerk, She treated us very badly and she was very rude towards us, she called and "Thieves", we were sitting in the hotel lobby and, I really don't know the reason why she said this, she said "I could have locked the door, because the door was open all kind of scary people are walking into the facility" I still had a reservation made in the property and I called them around 9:00 PM and told that we will be coming after 12:00 PM, I was totally disappointed with the words she used towards me and my friend and I have never heard nor seen such bad customer service in the past in U. S. A.

A great place to stay! This hotel is very well located! The room was great and the hotel personnel were amazing. It was worth the price and it was definitely worth the stay! The location was across the street from great shopping and the location made it easy to get to any number of restaurants!

ONE NIGHT This hotel is not bad, but I don't consider Best Western standard. My room was very dusty. It looked like it had been closed for a long time. For one night it was ok. In the morning the breakfast was non existent, less than the basic. Place safe and quiet Rate was not cheap. The front desk in check out very corteous. Think about.

Hotel of Choice I have had to travel to the area for business a lot recently and once I stayed at this Best Western, I stopped shopping around for accommodations. I feel safe, the price is right and the staff/owner have taken good care of me during my visits.
