Beautiful views of Rome at night This hotel is beautiful. It offers rooftop views of Rome Italy every night. The architecture was unique and the rooms have been updated with air conditioning. I went with a girl scout troop and all the girls enjoyed exploring the hotel and the surrounding area. It is on my list to go back and explore some more.

DONT EVER COME HERE PLEASE!!!!!!! horrible service when we first walked in the hotel it didn’t look that bad, old but not that bad. But walking to our room through the halls it looks like something out of a horror movie. finally when you reach your hotel your greeted with cob webs, stains on the walls and carpets, and a strong odor. The bathroom had hair all over the place and the towels where not clean. The bath tub was disgusting with mold. The beds were hard. And the last thing that made this stay horrible is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi dose not work at all. And you cant use cellular data because the hotel is in a bad area.

Clean, comfortable and adequate Was there with a group and did not actually chose this hotel but was on our itinerary. Rooms were comfortable and spacious as was bathroom. Limited towels and amenities but fine for a good night's stay. Breakfast was simple and was not as encompassing as other hotels. Had the basics- coffees, juices, eggs, meats, sweets and breads- but no frills. Not within a reasonable proximity to the sights in the city of Rome but rather on the outskirts- about 40 minute drive- in the countryside of Frascati.

Once was enough, thank you! I was there for a work trip and stayed for two nights. Overall itlooked like a classic hotel that was a chic when it was build but has stopped grooming it self and now has a touch of decadence. For some people that's a good thing, for me it comes down to service. I would not recommend it. The cost is much higher than the value. I was willing to overlook the lack of amenities, lack of water in the room, and the very poor breakfast because the staff were friendly and like I said I was there on business but some things are just impossible to brush aside. What I cannot overlook as someone who also works in the field of leisure, service and events is the fact that while the hotel is not within walking distance from the town of Frascati they had no means of transportation available to their clients. Since my colleague and I arrived we asked a lady at the reception if its a good idea to schedule all our transfers ahead but she assured us that any time you call the maximum waiting time would be 20 minutes in the worst of cases. She however and all the other staff members never thought to mention to us that there are no taxis available after 22:00. We found out about this as we were trying to get back from Frascati at around 22:30?. Naturally we called the hotel to see what they propose and their response was "Sorry, only by feet". I mean are you serious? I couldnt believe it and this is a 4 star hotel! They just didn’t care. The walk it self is around 30 minutes (?) for someone who doesn’t know the way, there are no street lights, no signs, no sidewalks, 3G signal was on and off and did I mention is was cold and raining? Thank God or whoever was watching some staff members from the restaurant finished their shift around the time we were leaving and were kind enough to take us with them and back to our hotel. This kind of attitude for me is a dealbreaker. Never again.

Disaster Very bad location, nothing around. But close to green area. You can not open windows because too much fly around the hotel. No minibar. Breakfast is a real scane. Only one person for serving and cleaning for crowded groups. Breakfast is only coffee and different combination of flour-fat-sugar. And the charge 5 Euros for Internet. We are in Millenium and some hotels arte still in middle age mentality !!!! Customer is milking cow !!
