Fabulous stay in Monterey Picture yourself well taken care of from your car when you pull in front of the hotel to the roof top lounge and sauna. I felt so cared for after the staff cleaned the room each day. The atmosphere for the restaurants is as spectacular as the food and views. Walking distance to town, wharf, parks, Cannary Row, fabulous restaurants and the exercise trail along the shore.

Must Visit Hotel! The Monterey Plaza Hotel is spectacular! The views are amazing. The spa (and spa treatments) are top notch! I visit there at least once a year and the surrounding area (walking distance) of Cannery Row and the Aquarium makes this a must visit location!

Best hotel in Monterey My wife and I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years and we’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Everything is perfect from the views down to the decor. For us it’s the only place to stay in Monterey!

Marvelous stay It's a lovely hotel, with excellent staff responding immediately to our few requests. The rooms are spacious, the beds, pillows so comfortable, fluffy robes and towels. The outdoor terrace overlooking the water was spectacular, and the indoor glassed in spaces in the lobby and restaurant still allow for beautiful ocean views. I'll be back.
