Comfortable Arrived, customer service was really good. Got our room and the key wouldn't let us in. Front desk came and taught us how to slam the door handle into working. After that, we had it. The room appears clean, but had some misses I won't get into as it would read worse than it was and the price was really good.

Clean Rooms, Friendly People, Bad Bed The room was clean. H as board is Wood. Floor is snap lock tile. Hair dryer, iron, tv, microwave, refrigerator and Luggage rack in room. Ice bucket and (1) trash can in room. I asked for coffee and coffee pot and they were both supplied to room. Overall nice setup to room. Spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. Handles Not attached and gave as shower pulled. Nice water flow and temperatures from shower head. Good heater but very noisy. Bed looked good upon entrance. However, immediately upon laying down, you roll towards the center. Considered pulling mattress to floor to get sleep but didn’t. So saying that at some point after placing pillows behind and between my husband and I, we slept. Well kinda slept anyway. I believe if they Changed the Mattress the room could be a good nights stay. I hope this helps. We could not use pillows under our heads which was better used behind us.

Quiet place I taxied a family here and got in town late. I needed the room for 2 days. I only needed a single room but they didn't have anymore so I was put in a room with a king sized bed for a reduced price. My customers I taxied weren't planning on leaving until around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday I notified the front desk and they were kind enough to let me check out a little later since it was Sunday and nothing really is open for me to do while waiting for my customers. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and very quiet. It's not a posh place, but, the care they show is worth it. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Not good The bed was horrible the room had an odor stayed before will not stay again shower was ok supplies in room no extra toilet paper. Pillows were hard. Front desk was polite lost our paperwork. Took awhile to redo it. Not many options in mountain grove. We were there visiting family

Worse experience I’ve ever had! After driving 10 hours I was exhausted and spotted this hotel when I stopped for gas. The lobby was run down but I decided how bad could it be? Well after checking in and paying with my credit card I drive over to my room. The stench hit me as soon as I opened the door. There was a 3 inch gap under the door that sand was blowing in thru… the curtains were dirty and ragged and were being blown inward from bad seal around it. Then I noticed daylight beside the heat/AC unit. I could see my car thru the hole in the wall! Needless to say after experiencing this hell hole and seeing a used hyperdermic needle just laying outside I returned to front desk and gave them my key card as well as a piece of my mind. Told him I was going further up the road to a decent hotel! Am now safe in a hotel 6 which is 1000% better! Avoid this rat trap! Would have given a negative number if possible!
