Water park makes this hotel a must This hotel has everything with no need to go into the expensive tourist traps out in town. My kids wanted to go to a water park so we booked a hotel with one instead. Outside water park area has beach access and a tiki bar to relax while the kids stay entertained for hours. Ennis the tiki bartender made my day with his professional and entertaining personality. P.S. active-duty Military discounts throughout.

Ask for Ennis 5/5 Stars – Great Stay & Even Better Service! We stayed one night at Crown Reef Resort with a late check-out, and it was exactly what we needed—relaxing, fun, and stress-free. The highlight? Ennis at the poolside bar! Hands down, the best bartender we’ve had in a long time. Super friendly, fast, and made some of our best drinks on this trip. Even though our stay was short, the service made it memorable. If you're heading to Crown Reef, swing by the pool bar and see Ennis—you won’t regret it!

Food Our family went to gecko and our waiter Sophia was very nice and kind and made us laugh, she made us feel welcome. Everyone in here were very friendly, you won’t be disappointed with the food and with the service. We recommend this place , so please stop by and see and ask for Sophia.

Loco gecko is the place to eat and have a drink Ennis was a great bartender. He was nice and courteous. He was helpful with directions to places. Told us about some really good seafood buffets. Just an all around great experience at the loco gecko because of him. Counters were clean and not sticky everywhere.

Tiki Hut Bar _ Darlene was an awesome bartender. I fell in love with the Coconut Crusher and had to keep going back _ This was only day one but I don’t think I’ll be disappointed. Pools are not super crowded. Outside pools are warmer than indoor. Lazy river is my favorite tho.
