3 rooms in 4 days, Sewage Explosion in sinks and toilet, stabbing across the street, mold everywhere! Worst experience of my life! Stayed for 4 days and had to change rooms TWICE! Sewage explosion coming out of our toilets and sinks and spewing all over our room! Locked out of the next room for 1.5 hours and was on lockdown from someone being stabbed accross the street. Problem after problem and the staff did NOTHING to assist.

LANDMARK RESORT ROOM 620 IS A SCAM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 620, I'm currently here staying for 7 nights, the AC has been broken since arrival yesterday still not fixed, the room says sleeps 6 well the futon bed is broken & when played flat squished my kid up in it like old time cartoon. The bathroom has no fan so it's steems whole thing out, people taking #2's is the worst! This place has been a nightmare since we got here I've contacted the front desk manager & they will not refund my money or switch rooms! They have completely been unprofessional and a idgaf attitude about the situation, I've read many reviews please if you ever took 1 serious , Landmark Resort is ghetto and looking to make a quick buck instead of substantiated long success. The overall manager of the business told me after paying 1200 for the week that he can't switch me into another room he can't make that happen and qskq me what I felt he could do, after iq agreed to pay him 500 more he said no he can't do that that it be 1500 more I Said sir that would be 2700 for 1 week I could have went to Hawaii for that? These people are an absolute disgrace and please if your undecided or on the fence don't do it pay a Lil more this place is a SCAM ROOM 620 LANDMARK ! LANDMARK 620 SCAM! LANDMARK 620 SCAM! Literally someone took a shid in the pool! This place is the most filthy disgusting place I've ever stayed!

We’re Back Again! We’re back again! Had another nice stay at the Landmark Resort for family vacation. Oceanfront condo is always a winner! Check in and check out were a breeze and the staff was friendly and professional. Facilities and room were clean and comfy. Parking is always great with garage and walkway. We did have some wet carpet in our room due to condensation leaking from a/c unit…but wasn’t a major issue. Fluorescent light in kitchen needs replaced…didn’t always turn on. I still wish the indoor pools/hot tubs/lazy river would get a good cleaning and paint job…they need it! During our last visit we had some safety concerns in that section of S. Ocean Boulevard, but felt completely safe outside this time. Hopefully it stays that way. Always enjoy the beach area and friendly people. For those who get a condo or room with kitchen, there is a Walmart Market super close by…another reason we choose the Landmark. Overall, a good budget friendly resort for families and groups…and one I recommend!

Great Experience Always a nice stay. I think because the units are individually owned, some people will have a poor opinion. If you get a bad unit, ask to change. Most owners do take pride in their units. The unit we stayed in was in a location where minimal amount of elevator was required. Close to the parking garage. Easy walk to the car, beach, pools, etc. There is an onsite waterpark which the kids love. Lots of hot tubs. The pool area was clean. Stayed in unit 245 and it was lovely. It is oceanfront and low enough you can hear the ocean but high enough that the noises don’t bother you. The unit was clean and updated. Completely enjoyed the weekend there. Would be back.

Great Staff Landmark Resort is by far, one of the best places to stay at in Myrtle Beach. I may be biased, because I own a unit there, but that is why we bought it at the Landmark. Cheri Johnson at the front desk is awesome. She helped fix a reservation situation and really helped some friends of mine in town visiting for the week. She was patient, and extremely helpful. Can't say enough about how good she is. Also a big shout out to Sherman, who is the best concierge around.
