best trip EVER!!! I stayed here with my family over memorial day weekend! it was so much fun! Tyler who worked in maintenance was in phenomenal he was so caring about all of our little needs that didn’t seem so little to him! He was great. Ryann who works in the Kitchen was AMAZING! we’ve seen him around a couple of times since we come here a few times a year so it’s always great to see familiar faces, we also heard he got a promotion to kitchen supervisor which is great to see because he deserves that position! we love monterey bay and will always stay here when we come to myrtle Beach!!!

2025 Girls Trip was amazing with great service from Regina, Tyler, Debra and Barbara. Even the security guy Joe Love staying here, it’s beautiful and the staff are top notch. Regina is amazing always willing to help out and goes above and beyond ty, Tyler was always getting the things done from our fridge to trimming the tree line and testing hot tub temp when we asked. Debra and Barbara at breakfast always a pleasure to see and talk to. Thank you all for a great stay. Will be back in June

Great stay over Memorial Day weekend!! We have stayed at Monterey bay since 2013! And have fell in love with Regina since she has been there in 2016 she has helped us tremendously with all of our needs throughout our stays!!! She cares about the customer experience, and we have truly been so grateful for all she does! The breakfast was phenomenal, the ladies and gentlemen running it have great customer service and you really do feel like family. Tyler the maintenance guy was so attentive and kind to all of the little things that would make our stay more enjoyable. He was always working around the pool and courtyard, and was quick to come up and fix the fridge! If you’re looking for a family friendly place with great views, and close distance to EVERYTHING, this is the place to come!!!!

Tyler the Maintenance Man was AWESOME! Tyler was absolutely fantastic. Every time we mentioned something to him he was on it and check it out and fixed whatever we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all satisfied and happy! He made our stay here very enjoyable and we will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels and food Enjoyed tge breakfast the most. It was hot and very tasty. Need to keep the shack open longer and need to make sure the jacuzzies work well. Bath essentials need to be fully stocked. but over all I thouroughly enjoyed my stay will be back. Thank you so much.o
