Comfortable hotel. The hotel is comfortable and easy to get to. It is on the south side of town but Nacogdoches is not so large where this is an issue. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We did not try the breakfast as we were going to try a local coffee roaster.

Nice stay A better oasis than most for a good price. Pros: located well, dynamic breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely customer service Cons: shower pressure was awful - my garden hose has more pressure, the joke was that the sink pressure would knock a cup out of your hand though, a little dated - hole in our carpet in the room

Check bill for bogus upcharges Staff (Stacey, I was told) quoted me a price for the room to get closer to the price advertised on Google Maps and when I asked about the "facilities fee" ($7.95/night) she said it was to pay for daily antibacterial COVID cleaning. I said, "Yeah, I'd like that removed from my bill please." (In East Texas in 2023? Uh-huh.) She said she'd have that removed. Three days later, I found my bill under my door and only the first night was charged at the promised rate. The next day--MIDWEEK NO LESS--was charged about $25 more, and the day after that, another dollar something MORE. And the "facilities fee" was still there for each day I'd stayed. I visited the front desk to discuss the charges. Stacey was there again and when I pointed out the room charges, she claimed "corporate" just randomly changed the prices from one moment to the next and she'd speak to the manager about it when she returned. 45 minutes later I dropped by and the manager wasn't back yet, so I asked for the contact information for "corporate." I was advised at that point that she would CALL the manager, who (I was informed a bit later when I walked by taking my luggage to my car) was "on her way." By the time I finished packing my vehicle and returned to the front desk, the whole invoice had been reworked so each day was at the promised price and the facilities fee had disappeared, no questions asked. I never saw said "manager" at all and my final correct bill was ~$80 less than what I'd been charged. The accommodations were acceptable except for the part where the grout of my third floor room was gone and the floor was rotting out. I don't believe that "corporate" is randomly upcharging people in the middle of the week or any of the rest of what I was told. I believe the GM pads people's bills because most don't even bother to look most of the time, so if you stay here, check to make sure you aren't being upcharged.

Excellent for a one night stay or more. The hotel was great. The room was clean. They have Dove products in the bathroom, which I love. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was hotel breakfast. The staff working the breakfast area were talking very loud and we got to hear some stories about someone being pregnant and I think someone going to jail, very entertaining.

Very Disappointed This Holiday Inn Express felt like a Motel 6. The walls were dirty, the furniture in disrepair and the carpet filthy. The bathroom was a very sloppy remodel and the tub gross. The bed was the only decent part of our stay. This does not represent the Holiday Inn Express brand. Very disappointed.
