Friendly staff Friendly staff! Omari, the valet driver, was so kind! It was a great stay and close to Bridgestone. The pricing was good and the rooms were modern and renovated. Me and friend felt safe there and enjoyed our stay. The building is old but we had a quiet stay!

This is not a hotel but rather a low-budget Motel. This is not a hotel but rather a low-budget Motel. I booked this property through Orbitz, and when we arrived, we were shocked to find it was not as described or portrayed in the pictures. We left a rebook at the Hilton not too far away, which was very nice. I informed Orbitz that the property was marketing itself inaccurately. All the rooms are entered from the outside, as a motel is generally so not that safe for women. I had a female colleague traveling with me. In addition, you have to walk through the parking garage to get to the rooms--water and mildew were leaking by the door to get to the rooms. The rooms smell old, smoky, and not clean. Warning to people that this is false advertising...

Great parking service Stay at the Capital Hotel for two nights at Nashville the PMC company runs their valet. Fenomenal service. Oats was super friendly and timely. They have a cool app to request your car from your room, so you don’t have to wait at all. _______

TA Review - 3 Star Rooms - Basic 3*. They have all that you would need but have wee details that could do with being touched up for freshness eg, chipped paint or uneven tiles, but overall the room is clean. Not very spacious. They have a rack for one case but not 2 cases so I was stepping over mine each time to get into bed Facilities - Coffee machine. Big TV. Air Con. Central Hotel. Offers breakfast Aircon - Amazing Aircon + Heater! Very powerful and very easy to use. Reception - They will take a card to cover any potential damages that occur during your stay Breakfast - Self service. Basic continental with toast, yoghurts, fruit + cereals etc. Cooked food is bacon, sausages and eggs. Unfortunately they use plastic plates and cutlery so it is very hard to cut your bacon etc with these knifes. Cleaners - Room was cleaned every day with the bed being made and fresh towels each day when you leave your old ones in the bath Staff - So helpful and friendly, offering directions and advice Location - Great central location with Broadway only being a short walk away, however the hotel is located at the top of a hill so if you have any walking struggles coming back up towards the hotel may be a tough enough walk Negative - Windows unfortunately are facing inwards towards the corridor so you always want to keep the curtains closed so nobody can see into your room however this leaves the room very dark and then there is no natural light. 3 Star Rating

Valet Valet was very Great very Helpful and respectful Omarion and Tevin were very quick with retrieving our vehicles the front desk Shani was great as well she was very helpful the hotel stay was great we would come back 100% I loved the hospitality
