They deliberately don't answer their phones Cancellation policy is 48 hours, and we called to cancel several days before that, but despite trying several times and waiting minutes each time for them to pick up, the front desk never did pick up the phone, and there was no voicemail service to leave a message. Then we got charged the full price and the hotel refused to refund. That's what I call a scam.

Absolute Certified Dump. Stinky, Musty, Gross. Would rather sleep under a sketchy bridge. This place is by leaps and bounds one of the most disgusting places establishments I’ve ever walked into. You are greeted with an odor. Of which is a mix of what can only be described as old fried chicken from a hospital cafeteria and a musty funeral home. The rooms carry the same smells probably from the stale art deco carpet left over from 1987. The “suite” has walk out porches…which walk out to swampy grass, with drops of window AC units a plenty. Not to mention the main attraction at this tenement is the fact that it is in a business park. It’s creepy, unkept, old, smelly, musty and most of all - DIRTY. The shower had scum, the toilet had streaks, the grout has never been touched in the bathrooms. The “kitchenette” fridge to keep up with the traditions of this place smelled like Jeff Dahmers. The couch was stained, the sheets felt like felt you would wrap a bouquet in, itchy thin and cheap. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I sat on - I say sat cause after one hour of sitting in there and inspecting this cesspool I left. Left with itchy legs, and a curious thought that I may have contracted something. I would have rather slept in my car. This place is so downright disgusting it should be condemned immediately. I’ve staid at pretty much every hotel (Holiday Inns, Super 8s, Best Western) you’d be better off spending the night in jail than here. Please save your money and find another option…one with a lesser chance of hepatitis.

Mist or trickle. NO Shower H20 Pressure. No water pressure in shower, choice is a trickle or a mist. Water restrictors on the shower nozzle will require 20 minutes to remove soap lather. According to hotel staff the state of New York or local authorities has opted to restrict water for this hotel. All other hotels in the state may or may not be exempt from this policy. The claim from hotel personnel is that it is a state wide restriction and enforced by legislative action. I haven't stayed at any other hotel in NYS with shower mist and trickle options. It is a bunk excuse and a over kill on water restriction. Nice hotel, but no water pressure...this is not a one room issue, it's hotel wide. Inquiry at front desk led to a chiming in of other guest standing in line. Wanted to give it a 5 but my showers are important. Sad.

Amazing place to stay I can’t express how much this place amazed me! My family has stayed here a few times for family events and they continue to impress. They have done some refurbishment since my last stay here and it looks amazing. My family and I booked a lot of there rooms and the staff was very accommodating. They gave us space for the large family to get together. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be back to this place for sure!!! Great job to all the staff!!

Great place Great hotel in Utica. Nice clean rooms and amazing staff. There’s a Restaurant on property which serves nice food and some really nice options that you don’t find elsewhere. Overall one of my favorite hotels in the country, and I usually spend about 300 nights a year in hotels.
