Nice Hotel for good stay and relaxation we stayed for 2 nights ,had a delightful stay experiencing new things, view and meals. the staff were great with their calm smile that made us feel valued. the service was not quick but not late also, my room was nice with a comfy bed.

Gorgeous hotel and great location Me and a friend stayed for a night and it was a delightful stay. 5e woman on reception was so welcoming and friendly. She got us checked in quickly and got someone to help us with the bags up the very steep wooden stairs but it was all an experiment. The room had high ceilings and a huge four poster bed. The bathroom had a shower and a huge hot tub and was very clean. The balcony was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by. It was a 2 minute walk to bourbon street and a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Great location! Also not a far walk to the big mall but a taxi wasn’t expensive.

Highlight of Our Stay in the Quarter We visited in May 2019, the third stop of our US/Engagement Holiday. Hotel Royal is as New Orleans as it gets. A beautiful building with a lot of character and many staircases (we had lots of giggles when we would get lost). The location was great and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderful, especially Eric who we had a great chat with and helped us with everything we needed. Such wonderful memories of New Orleans! Hopefully, we will see you all again!

Cramped and Dirty Room is very small and the floors are so unlevel it's like having vertigo. The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom is tiny with cracking tile and unclean. Reception told us "adjoining parking was available on the phone but upon arrival was told six blocks away. Had to park in public parking. Will not be back.

Good experience Very good location in the French Quarter. Eric the door man couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was relatively quiet considering the hotel is just a block off Bourbon Street Close to all amenities. Will come back
