evelvators dont work The elevators barley work we had to walkk 25 flights. They blame it on "elevator modernization" the door in the hall keeps swinging open like a ghost. staff r rude and bad costumer service. rooms are very nice though if you want to hike mount everest for it.

Didn't get deposit refund Good experience in hotel, perfect breakfast, but what about deposit of 250$, we still don’t get it. And it’s been in while. We stayed for one night on 16-17 may. Please Element hotel administration, can you check my review. If you need any extra information, let me know.

BEWARE OF THIS NIGHTMARE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE!!!! The room was pulled out of the 90s with more scratches in the bathroom walls and counterspace than I have ever seen. There were two outlets that were hanging on for dear life, one of which had exposed wires. We were put in an accessible room, where the shower couldn't go higher than 5 and a half feet. Meaning I had to squat to shower. One elevator was down and the others were manually operated by employees. My wife and I had to give an extra 10 or 15 minute buffer to ensure we weren't late. We ended up having to leave days early due to not wanting to be in that room anymore. BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
