Bad attitude, bad services. We went to Nomo Soho because we had such good recomendations from family and friends that had wonderful experiences, so we booked a room. When we arrived, nobody offered to help with the luggage, or revived us, the lobby is confusing and dark at night, and we couldn’t find the recepción, and nobody helped. The receptionist was terrible, with a bad attitude with rude responses. The room had only one towel, no water, not a glass, the room was filthy and badly equipped. We asked the receptionist if there was somewhere in the hotel to eat, because we flew 20hrs on plane, and he responded rudely that we had to walk and check ourselves in the street at 1AM if there was anything open. We ended up changing hotels the same night to the Ritz Carton. So much better experience! From my experience, i do not recommend Nomo Soho.

Additional charges after checkout After check out charged $50 for amenities. They would not share what this amenity charge was and I put it into google.. for bottled water and WiFi and gym access. They should ask to charge for these instead of stating free? I would have drank my own water and used my own WiFi if I was made aware. Also states free WiFi at booking.

Not worth the high price . Slightly higher prices will get you a much comfortable stay in NYC Location is great but so what, there are tons of hotels at the same location. But, yes, nice entrance especially for instagram photos I guess since people kept coming and going for photos. Other than that, OK lobby, mediocre restaurant with mediocre food. We stayed at 2 different rooms due to availability. First one was a double queen. Standard room, no minibar, no coffee machine. The second room was a studio with terrace at the penthouse. I assumed that would be an upgrade. But other than the huge terrace with good views, again no coffee machine. Put one and charge for coffee for god sakes but I was not happy to go to the lobby for my morning coffee. This terrace room had an empty minibar but it froze my medication :(( The minibar also hums constantly and needs a small kick to shut up. The terrace had a large L shaped sofa but it was filthy. Another issue, there was complimentary water in rooms upon arrival but never replenished. At least offer water people. Additionally, no make up mirror in the bathroom in both first and second rooms. For a weekly stay, I was dissapointed. Staff was nice and friendly though, I do not have any negative reviews regarding staff.

I do not recommend SoHo MoHo This hotel has zero sound proofing from street noise or even from room to room. I could hear a crying baby from a room across the hall while I was in my room. The worst part is the street noise. My room overlooked a karaoke bar that stayed open until the wee hours of the morning. Then the construction noise never ceased. And once you could finally doze off the curtains didn’t block the light. The room has weird little lamps and putting on makeup by a dangling lamp isn’t great. The room lacks a fridge and a coffee maker so that isn’t ideal. I will never stay here again!
