Fabulous! Todd took care of us every night of our 6 night stay with great service for drinks and food. A wonderful experience. Thank you Todd and all the team at the bar. We also liked the morning coffee team. Thank you all. We will be back! We have stayed at all the hotels in the Upper West Side. Our first time here. The best!

Graduation Stay I was in New York for my son's graduation and wanted to stay in the upper west side. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to shops and cafes. The room was clean and stylish. It was very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel where I enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

Experience not worth the $ Cool location. Cool concept. Not worth the price. Way too expensive for what you get. Indifferent front desk. No help with doors or luggage at arrival. Elevator was a bumpy ride; it dropped twice. Felt like the customer was an afterthought; i.e the owner/management focusses on monetization before customer experience. Housekeeping staff was awesome tho…

$675 per night for a dump Despite the very soft m comfortable beds, this hotel was a HUGE disappointment. No streaming on TV so only 50 tv channels. There are internet connections. Curtain literally falling out of the ceiling and when maintenance saw it they refused to fix it. The room was a bit dumpy as the hotel is in the middle of an exterior Rennovation. And extremely expensive. Our modest dumpy room cost $675 per night when allllll the extra fees and taxes are added.

Absolutely Terrible The worst experience by far. The pictures on the website are misleading for the city view room. The room I was shown will haunt my memory forever. Old, unclean, smelly and depressing. There was no mention of scaffolding or construction on booking. com when I selected it. There was a small sign on the front desk. I paid for a week. I insisted on a full and immediate refund, which I got. They claimed that the room was renovated. The lady at the front desk on the 30th of March this year between 2-4.pm was rude and denied me a bottle of water for my medication and told me to buy it from the coffee shop in the lobby, even though she knew I was a guest and asked for an additional $50 if I wanted an early check in. This is after already waiting in the lobby for two hours. The manager Fatima agreed to refund the amount I paid but lied that I was on the only renovated floor, then I overheard her telling another guest who complained about the same issue, on a separate floor that his room was on the only renovated floor. The staff helping out with the luggage were the only redeeming feature of the hotel. Customer service is an alien concept to them. It was not a cheap hotel by any means and I am very disappointed with the experience. I don't recommend this property to anyone. There are tons of better options in this price range. I finally booked myself into another hotel.
