The Manhattan at Times Square

It's an okay hotel with some issues. We spent two nights at the Manhattan Times Square Hotel, and here are the pros and cons of our stay: **Pros:** 1. The location is fantastic. 2. The rooms were clean. 3. The rooms were a good size. 4. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 5. When I requested a bar of soap (since there was none) and additional towels (only three towels were provided for our family of four), the staff quickly brought them to us. 6. The breakfast was decent; while there was no protein, fruit was available. **Cons:** 1. The air conditioning was problematic and not functioning properly. 2. The elevators were slow; with 22 floors, only three were operational. 3. It was quite loud in the hallways. 4. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang pajamas or towels. 5. Only half of the electrical outlets were functional. 6. The bathroom door was a sliding door; it didn't close completely, raising concerns about privacy. 7. The in-room coffee machine did not work. 8. No facial tissues were provided in the room. 9. The description stated that there were two queen beds, but they turned out to be two regular-sized beds. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again because of its cleanliness, great location, and friendly staff.

Excellent Experience My husband and I had a great experience. Theron, who works in the front, was helpful, courteous, entertaining, insightful, professional and all around amazing! He made our stay fantastic. Our room was great and beautiful! Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, neighbors were a little loud but was taken care of with security Aerial has superb customer service skills. Her hospitality experience was definitely displayed when she accommodated my sister's birthday experience in New York for her birthday. Aerial is a great assest to your team. Please recognize Aerial for great customer skills she deplays on a daily basis.

Good customer service Racquel added to the great experience; with her kindfulness and helpful service, thank you!_ I certainly will be coming here again, especially with how close it is to all the main attractions and historical landmarks. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Great place and even better staff Everything was amazing!! The front agent Raquel went above and beyond in assisting us… letting us know all the details of where to eat and the in and outs of everything. We will definitely be staying here again! Hotel location is perfect. Parking right at hotel.
