Great job you did for a Lions Club state convention. The staff was great. Any questions I had they answered and took care of my needs. The hotel staff was able to keep up with a packed hotel. This was my second stay there. More then willing to go back to there. Next time I will have to use the pool. Ty again.

Perfect Great location and wonderful service. The rooms were immaculate and comfy with the wonderful Marriott bedding. The bathroom was stocked with all sorts of extras like a scrubby pig, razor and mouthwash .Everything was in walking distance . We spent some time in the jacuzzi which was very clean and well kept .

A Work in Progress but Well Worth It This hotel is undergoing a renovation to meet Marriott Bonvoy standards. It's easy to tell where work is in progress and where work has not yet begun. Our room had been updated but some of the problems with the quality of workmanship could easily have been corrected with a more diligent final inspection prior to releasing the room for rental. The staff was excellent especially Jennifer, the front desk supervisor. Housekeeping was also excellent and met Marriott's high standards. (Prior to retirement I was an executive with a Marriott franchisee.) The Simmons mattress was quite comfortable and we slept well every night. The hotel is quite accessible for handicapped persons and there is a break on parking when you have a handicap ♿️ mirror hanger. Handicapped access to the Casino via the hotel's connector tunnel was not possible because there is no elevator down to the tunnel entrance and there are stairs only at both ends. We were disappointed that the two members of the staff who recommended the tunnel did not know about the access problems. We determined later that the Casino gave free valet parking to handicapped persons so we drove there instead and the valet met us at the door. Breakfast Monday through Thursday was not available except in Starbucks. We preferred table service so we left the hotel each morning. The American side of the border is in our opinion quite down-market in terms of just about everything compared to the Canadian side. However, this hotel is located in an area that never had us feeling insecure. We did decide to eat one night at the hotel's restaurant but a large group staying at the hotel had taken all the tables the restaurant staff could accommodate. Staffing at local restaurants was a problem everywhere we traveled in Western New York. The addition of an outlet strip to one of the bedframes was quite unattractive and poorly executed but enormously appreciated as it easily accommodated our chargers and two CPAPS. We recommend this hotel.

Not what i would expect for a Sheraton The first room they put me in had a strong mold smell. I have a mold allergy so it affected my sinuses. I made the mistake of sleeping in it the first night because i got in late and didn't want to switch. I switched the next day and the staff was very accomodating but I ended up with a sinus infection. Hopefully they will do something about that room. Other than that, it was a nice experience and very comfortable beds.
