Total Dive, hidden charges and rude service I booked a room here during a storm event, I was staying in a RV and though a hotel would be safer. I booked two nights directly though Wyndon's web site. I arrived at the hotel which is a hoke inn the wall to say the least, I know we had a hurricane here over a year ago but this place looks like it was just hit, what a mess. I was not being picky as I just wanted act room for the night. I have the front desk person my card and she explained she would be charging and additional $100.00 deposit on top of the room charge that would be refunded in 5-7 days, she was not very friendly to begin with, the hotel was a pit and now this unexpected charge, I refused the room and told the lady at the front that was not acceptable, she actually laughed and told me she once had to pay a $300.00 deposit for a really nice hotel! Ok I'm from Chicago, I have done a ton of traveling and have never experienced this! I would not waste my time with this hotel again! It's a shame, always loved Wyndon hotels but my new favorite is Laquinta I should have just stuck with a sure thing!

Do NOT stay here The outside of the building makes it appear to be condemned, or at least should be. Broken stairways with no caution tape around them. Dirty diapers on the one working stairway at the back of the building that were there for at least the 4 days I was there. Only saving grace was that the room was clean and tolerable. Not great by any means. Will not be staying here again.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was great but the room was disgusting feces and what looked like blood on bathroom wall room didn’t look too great walls were filthy old appliances etc I wouldn’t stay there again for free I hate to be critical but no one should experience that.

it has to be closed urgently This hotel has to be closed urgently by the civil defense of Fort Myers, despite having suffered a hurricane Ian in 2024, it has been 2 years and no nails were put in the renovation, short circuits, dirt in the corridors, ceiling falling, cracked stucco, lights not working they work in the room, mold in the room, no night security, in short, a bad experience __

nicht genügend Disclaimer beim Checkin: "Attention Guests, please be aware that this property has suffered hurricane Ian damage. By staying at this property you acknowledgging to stay here regardless of the current situsation. Furthermore the Hotel may or may not be able to provide services and amenities. Wi-Fi may also be limited in some areas of the building" ich hatte dieses Hotel für 150$ über booking.com pro Nacht gebucht und noch nie einen so schlechten Deal gehabt. Das Hotel war - unabhängig der Hurricane-Schäden - heruntergekommen.
