One hundred percent satisfaction Takara is such a pleasant person. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are very satisfied. From the time I got there till the time I left she made sure I was good. I love that kind of customer service. She never need to Lea this place. I wish it was many more like her. I would definitely stay here again

My stay While staff was really nice and the hospitality was top notch. From management to front desk from the moment I checked in and out, was all great.one of the best free breakfast included with a great range from 6am-10am. Thank you to all and much appreciated.

Gross The beds had hair on the sheets, we spoke to the receptionist, but since it was 1:30 a.m. She told us that she could only change our room. When I went to the other room, was the same, with hair on the bed. This has never happened to me in a hotel. The receptionist told me that she was going to leave a note. I got very upset.

Great place to stay I love the hospitality here, as well as the free breakfast. I arrive at night and Elanda who works the front desk is fantastic. I recently had a room with a bad AC unit and was quickly moved to a room with working AC. Will continue coming back here.

Excellent Experience My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience at this hotel location from the moment of the check-in, to the daily amazing hot breakfast, the level of cleanliness throughout the facility, the friendliness of the staff, the pool area upkeep.....we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience and how we feel. 2 notable employees that we would like to highlight are the woman and gentleman that managed the morning breakfast buffet. They were both extremely friendly, courteous, efficient and hard working. We would certainly consider staying at this location again if our travels take us here in the future.
