Cold Water Experience Hotel stay was great until the second morning of our stay. My wife and I both had cold showers as there was no hot water. As we were leaving anyway, we both packed up and went down to the front desk to check out. The person at the front desk was quite concern and went to get the manager. The manager however was very dismissive. He wanted to know why we had not phoned down when the problem occurred. He said that there had been no other reports of this nature. I have travelled weekly for years and was a Hilton Diamond member for year. This was the worst that I have been treated. I like staying at the Garden Inn but likely won’t stay at this one again.

Great stay Loved the fact they cleaned my room daily as I was staying for 11 nights in total. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with was the fact they didn't check the soap dispensers for refills as mine needed refill... just saying... and I had to call once to get my room done as I had visitors coming to visit. But the food was excellent!!! Service was excellent Front desk agents were excellent as well. Great job

Would highly recommend! I stayed here for a four day business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my time! The hotel itself is clean and smart, with super spacious rooms. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom very spacious. All the staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful! Especially Lee from breakfast who made my morning each day! Breakfast itself was super varied and very high quality and I was glad I had added the extra cost onto the stay. The gym is probably the only let down, consisting of five cardio machines and one cable machine. It did the job for a few days but if you weren't up early you didn't get a machine. The pool and hot tub was lovely though, and there was a nice nature walk right next to the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend for either business or leisure and I would certainly book here again if I came back to the area

Racist and Bias front desk staffs I noticed that two fronts desk staff are rude and racist with their service . A big built man looks like Middle Eastern or India  at night then a chubby white woman in the morning. At this Hilton they treat white people and older people than the others. Colonial mentality and racist in short. The rooms are nice that's it, far away from the lake, no nice area to sight see and you need to walk and take a bus ( far from nice areas ).

Lied and Mislead Check in staff said breakfast was complimentary. Went the next morning and they said it wasn't. We had a discussion as to why would you tell us one thing then say no. Restaurant staff said just sit down and eat don't worry about. Recieved the hotel bill by email later that day and they charged us for breakfast. $38 for a mediocre breakfast. Called the hotel to rectify the staff messup and get a refund. Manager said nothing we can do for you. Avoid this hotel if you can. Staff terrible
