Disgusting Dirty and smelled nasty. Was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but it has clearly been smoked in. Everything was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned. I believe that the bedsheets had been washed, but that’s about where clean stopped. Also the person who that helped with the check-in was very rude.

last time ...will go to best western from now on had a lopsided bed and a bed with bed bugs, bed skirting was dirty and sticky as well as the blankets, no coffee pot and they don't honor late check out or early check in --laundry service is good!!!!

Filthy The room what’s filthy my feet were BLACK from walking on the floor. Towels stained walls dirty and roaches. Sure not worth $90 a night. Lucky we only stayed in the room about 4 hours total. In the future I will pay the extra $40 and stay at Holiday Inn.

Not the best My family and I stopped here on our way out west. The pictures online and the actual motel were totally different. Please don’t be deceived like we were. There was no one in the lobby (door was locked) when we got there at 6 pm. We rang the bell and someone finally came to the window to check us in. The pool was empty (no water). The room had a terrible smell and the bathroom floor was wet with who knows what. We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. I just wasn’t comfortable staying the night there with my family.

Filthy I don't mind old motels, but the level of filth in my room was nauseating. From filthy bedding with crumbs etc all over the mattress to left over trash to urine left all over the front of the toilet. Can't tell if the towels and washcloths are dirty or permanently stained but a little bleach goes a long way. The housekeeper wheels towels and toilet paper around in an old metal walmart cart but I never saw a mop, broom, trash bags or any type of actual cleaning supplies. I cleaned my own room and would have loved to talk to the owner but a 10 year old at the desk said just turn in your key when I checked out.
