Great price, spacious, & clean! Spacious & CLEAN! And GREAT pricing too!!! My room had a microwave, mini fridge, 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa bed - perfect for 3 people! My cousin dropped us off & was impressed how spacious our room was _. Friendly staff, breakfast starts at 6am, and they have airport shuttle services at 8am (*they book & use Lyft services that the hotel pays for if you need shuttle services prior to 8am. You just need to let the front desk know 15 min before you want to leave.) This was a great experience & I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay We stayed there for one night on May 6. Nice play to stay. Room was nice and clean and a nice size. People at front desk were very nice and helpful. Room pretty quiet, though a little occasional hallway noise from other guests, but that seems pretty common. There's a nice restaurant a block away, sort of an Applebees type place called "Spires." It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, so not really walkable from the airport. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy, and no meat, but the food was fine. The room rate was fine and fair (around $128 plus taxes, total around $145 (per night). I would stay there again without hesitation.

Just Okay Our room and the general facility were clean. The staff (including the front desk staff were perfunctory, but not outgoing or friendly. If you greeted them, they would greet you. This was not a guest-centric experience. My only staff complaint was we stopped at the front desk in the morning and asked for new sheets and towels. When we returned late that evening no staff had been to the room. Obviously a lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping. Also, the breakfast buffet was mediocre. There was no dairy alternative available, e.g., soy milk. I would not stay here again. Tip: We stayed here to be close to family activities, but it’s too far from LA. One hour in good traffic. I wouldn't stay here again.

Roaches/Dirty Bathroom/Room Already Occupied We were checked in and given a room that was clearly already occupied. Men's jacket was on the bed with personal ID in their pockets. The bathroom had used toilet paper, tissue, and other personal hygiene items on the countertop. The hallway to our room was next to the stairwell and the halls smelled horrible due to marijuana. I went to the manager and he put us in another room on the opposite side of the hotel and was very apologetic. The next room had the same strong marijuana smell but once inside the room, I found cockroaches. I can't do roaches. Back down to the lobby for a refund and after stating I would not stay at the hotel I got the manager to say he would refund my charge for a hotel, I was not going to stay at. I still do not have my refund and no one has called me back. I will keep posting bad reviews until they refund my money. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Go across the street to Candlewood Suites which are clean and cheaper.

Always A Great Stay Always a great experience!! My husband and I favor the Comfort Inn's. We have always experienced friendly staff, quick check-ins and clean rooms. This location was the same, great amenities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a great location. They offer a free breakfast, which was very good and complementary coffee. They have a heated pool and outdoor sauna. Small issue with the sauna, not turned in the morning, however, it was taken care of. Overall we had a great start. Check out is at 11:00 am. We did request a later check-out, they gave us until noon.
