Magical trip Magical trip, we spent 14 nights at the holiday inn situated within 1,5 miles of Disney springs good walk if you can or $15 in an uber , safe and well kept neighbourhood with plenty of security presence . We stopped in room 470 overlooking the pool in a large room with king bed , sofa , table , fridge, safe and microwave rooms always kept lovely and clean by rose and luis rincon. The pool is larger than a normal holiday inn pool due to being a resort hotel, poolside bar and kids pool games hourly ran by Judith and Dan offering mums and dads quality time . The lobby has a small shop for essentials and a Walmart within 2 miles. The hotel has upped its game since our last visit due to excellent work from Greg assistant general manager . The hotel has a onsite restaurant open till 2am for late park nights and has plenty of onsite parking

Not so good The room was ok, people at the front desk were friendly. The four days we were there one of the two elevators serving the B and C wings was not working causing considerable delays standing around waiting. Not using any of there concierge services or shuttle services I thought the resort fee was a rip off. Wifi service was intermittent, constantly having to reset. Pass cards for access to pool only occasionally worked. 1 ice machines on the ground floor for 6 floors is not enough. No continental breakfast, only a $17 buffet breakfast.

Hidden Resort Low key secret hidden resort so close to everything! The pool is a fun vibe and they had an awesome DJ on Saturday afternoon playing the hits! The tiki bar has surprisingly good bar food and the bartender, Lisa, is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Overall great time.

Fine for a budget Overall the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and big with a microwave and mini fridge. The pool was nice and I appreciated the apple bees connected to the hotel that was open for dinner late. I did not like that there was no free breakfast and the shuttle was not helpful at all. It stops at multiple hotels so a 15 minute drive to Disney/Universal becomes 30-40 minutes. The shuttle only runs a few times a day (it only goes to most parks once a day) so we had to uber most places. Our bathroom had some plumbing issues, the shower leaked every time we showered and the toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes. The hotel’s key system was not working when we checked in so they gave us a master key to use for our room that could unlock our room even after checkout. It made me concerned that if we lost it anyone could wander into our room. The staff were very kind and the location is good, I would only stay here if you have a car or are prepared to uber.
