Great location This Best Western is a great location for access to the canyons for hiking, the bak street into out of downtown Palm Springs and right next to the route to Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and beyond. Real nice breakfast area next to the pool. Very friendly staff. Good size rooms. Look forward to returning to this place in the future.

Below Best Western standards I was at Best Western Inn at Palm Springs once in the past, and it was no memorable stay. I decided to give it another try, and it was not a good decision. I was here for two nights: the room was barely OK and in need of some refurbishing. Insulation from outside noise was poor, air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient. Wi-fi worked intermittently. The refrigerator in the room could not cool a small bottle of water, even at maximum power. My bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom was just OK. Breakfast was also just OK. I learnt my lesson this time - I will not stop here again.

Last minute Arrival Was in Palm Springs for the birth of our First Grand Son at Desert Regional. Did not have any reservations as we were un sure as to when he would arrive. The wife went on line at the hospital and we were shocked at the cost of hotels there in Palm Springs especially as we wanted just a bed for the night. BW rates were very reasonable plus we were rewards members. We ended up just going to the hotel at 11:30 PM and took a chance on getting a room. The desk clerk was very accommodating. The place was pretty full and the parking lot to. The clerk offered to move his car to the street if we could not find a space. We did find a space and got into the room. The room was clean and had all the amenities. Towels and even the toilet paper roll was folded in a pattern, sort of cool. Breakfast was out by the pool and great. If back in Palm Springs we will be back:))

Relaxing enjoyable Stay! This is an older Best Western but it is in a great location right by the mountains. They have been updating it, and it is always clean. It was a quiet, enjoyable and very relaxing stay and I am still smiling! The pool area is large and well kept. There is plenty of food at the breakfast. The staff is great!

Desert Escape Hike early in the morning, stay hydrated and enjoy the wonderful changing light over the mountains. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The pool is excellent and the breakfast generous.
