Avoid I obviously didn’t read reviews before booking this. But I’ll just reiterate it feels shady. There definitely is a drug addict element hanging around the parking lot and that’s not good for a relaxing stay. I would recommend staying anywhere else driving farther Palm Springs gets booked up on the weekends hence my stay here. The price is absurd for a room with turn wallpaper, pool with nasty scum that makes you want to avoid. The staff is super friendly and can’t fault them in anyway for a disaster of stay but that’s the only nice thing I have to say.

Dirty & Dirty First, this was a last minute trip to Palm Springs and the price for one night was 199.00.....not worth it!....The carpet in Room 206 was disgusting not cleaned in years....The front door looked it was kicked in recently and the restroom fluorescent light were flickering like a 70's disco club ,,,,,The room smelled like mildew and mold....Fortunately, we just needed a room for a few hours after dinner and dancing...Nonetheless, the staff was friendly....It should be a CRIME to charge 200 dollars for this place...

STAY AWAY!! Not safe. People living here doing drugs and breaking into rooms and stealing belongings!!! Stay somewhere else. This place is not a safe place. Cheap yes, crack heads living there and wandering around the rooms is not my idea of a nice place. The rooms are disgusting, soiled walls and ceilings and loose outlets are just the beginning. I didn’t know if they just cleaned up after a murder in the room with the questionable stains on the walls. Walking in the lobby should be a “hint” of how the rooms look. I’m not entirely sure what this one guy was trying to get when he kept nodding at me? I’m sure it was drugs as he looked like a disgruntled pelican. The only thing that was nice were the trees but I didn’t want to wander around or near the hobos and crack heads and look like a pervert admiring the trees. This place should be ashamed of itself! It was literally the first time I’ve had to fix my hotel room upon entering because the lamps were loose and broken don’t forget to spit wads on the ceiling the Wi-Fi gets worse at night I’m assuming it’s because all the crackheads are contacting all of their sources or some type of video chatting of how bad this place is and how they should stay there. It’s the first time I’ve had to fix my room upon checkin. The lamps were messed up and half broken. The floor had been repaired many times and was uneven. There were spit wads on the ceiling. Someone a few rooms down had their room broken into through the window and all their belongings were stolen. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. $170 for the night should be refunded for PTSD!

Unsafe First, please let me say that the front office staff are super nice and friendly. This compliant is about how unsafe and dirty the property and rooms are. The cleaning staff works with what they have. Sheets and towels are old but clean. The walls and rugs need care. We booked a pet friendly room and the rug was super gross. They need to pull out the rug and replace with tile. Our room had what appeared to be blood splat on the walls near the restroom and in the shower. The bed skirt was totally filthy and need to be changed. Yes, we bombed the room with lysol spray on everything before we brought our luggage and dog in. Trash needs to be picked up and swept in the walk ways, stairs, around the parking lot and trash bins. Next to the hotel is an empty lot where homeless have set up. During our stay we were stopped by a few junkies and homeless people asking for money, cigs, asked if we wanted to buy weed. When we declined or ignored them they got pissed and told us to "F off". We let the front desk know but by the look on their faces, we were not the first to complain. While tanning in the pool area, we were again interrupted by homeless freely walking about the pool area and going to the pool restrooms since it was close to encampment. They continued to ask for money and got mad when we said no. The hotel needs to invest in security personnel to patrol the grounds. We notice sketchy people on bicycles riding by guest parked cars looking in windows. The parking lot need to be repaved and has major pot holes. Look, we have stayed here before with no problem. It's an older hotel, I get it but it has gone down hill tremendously during this pandemic. Small changes can turn the hotel around. Hopefully the hotel owners, mngment and corp put money into this place. We wont be back and will look for another pet friendly hotel.

Front office wonderful. Rooms leave a lot to be desired even for price. They let us have a bunch of pool towels to place on th Front office staff wonderful. Rooms leave a lot to be desired even for price. They let us have a bunch of pool towels to place on the disgusting carpet. The outside area on the back side was littered with trash and cigarette butts. Lots of sketchy folks laying in grass back there. Rooms in our price range are few but still we hoped for clean carpet and a tidy outdoor space beside our room.
