Beach front access The view was fabulous and the balcony was nice and big so it could be enjoyed by 4 people very comfortably. The unit itself was comfortable although dated and in need of upgrades. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was nice and quiet which is a plus.

Smokey Roach Den This place smells cigarettes!!! They allow smoking in the pool, in the hot tub, and in every condo. You cannot escape it even on the beach. We stayed 12 days and the pool was closed due to fecal matter release THREE times. One hot tub broke and was not repaired before we left. I found roaches in the cabinets. The bathroom vanities are so old the height is circa 1950 (very low). Our unit had a door off its hinges, broken dishwasher, and cold showers. Toilets were also outdated. Kitchens are only large enough for one person at a time to be in the space. The policy is service animals only but we saw several pets who were obviously not service trained and not even wearing a vest or collar to identify them. The adjoining restaurant was abominable. The tiki bar smelled of vomit and stale booze and likely has never been cleaned to top off the outrageous prices for bottom shelf liquors. I’ve grown up going to the Gulf and this is by far the nastiest place we have stayed. I had no idea the entire building permitted smoking.

overall a good place for small groups the place overall is good. mostly 1br and 2 br units perfect for smaller families. we have stayed twice now and bikini bobs is a great place to grab a snack or lunch without leaving the property. pools are large and generally not very crowded. the elevators are horrible and there is always some problem going on even though 2 were updated last winter.

Great view We rented a condo from a private owner, and her unit is fabulous. Spacious 1 bedroom with bathroom on suite and additional 1/2 bath, adjacent to that with door in between. In the hall are two bunk beds. Living room is comfy, and spacious. Kitchen has stackable washer and dryer, very nice amenity . Love the balcony view. Space was clean. Century 21 Ryan Realty, Janet was so nice and provided us with all the information we needed to get into the room and on property. Building is older and I am not sure how many of the condos are owned, but space was great and good location, like this end of the coast. Tiki bar on site with Bikini Bob’s eatery on site as well. We will be back

Lovely resort…. Wonderful resort with great pool area, nice beach access, and splendid views. Condo was a nice size and set up. Had unfortunate issues with condo access with limited assistance from condo management company (not The Summit).
