Nice property in a convenient location This is quite a nice hotel in a convenient downtown location. We were upgraded to a corner suite for two of the nights we were there, but in a regular room for the first night given that we had two separate bookings (decided to arrive a day early). Interestingly the bathroom in the regular room was much nicer than that of the suite, which had a rather small bathroom. However, the size of the suite, including a small balcony, was nice given that this was the end of a rather long vacation for us. The rooms were clean and well appointed. They were changing the hall carpeting while we were there and the small of whatever chemicals they were using to put it down was somewhat obnoxious. We were given vouchers for a free breakfast given our Marriott Platinum status. This was helpful as the cost of the buffet was $18. There is free parking outside the hotel and in a lot under the hotel, but the hotel does charge a $20/night resort fee. Nice stay though in a well appointed hotel.

Spare yourself the disappointment Not my usual Marriott branded hotel experience. Between not being able to order a meal because their restaurant chef was busy with a banquet, the fire alarm going off five times and a manager slow to respond and unwilling to offer any compensation for creating an inconvenient situation to weary guests I have to say this was the worst experience I've had in my 6 years as a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member. It's a shame I'll remember Park City this way. Considering spending my business travel per diems on Hilton. If you need a nice meal in Park City, visit the Doubletree. They took us right in and the meal was fantastic.

Will not return. Very average for a hotel and below average for a Sheraton. Location was too far away from Main Street and while there is a shuttle, ending it at 10pm on a Friday night seems early. Food options both in restaurant for breakfast and in meeting rooms was below average. Rooms were comfortable, mine was fine but most in our group complained that the air conditioning was not up to the task.

The good, the bad and the ugly Good: pleasant front desk staff, indoor pool and steam room, game room (though often crowded with kids), decent location, free convenient local bus nearby, great beds as usual with Marriott properties, laundry room_. Free parking but I’ll call that $20 parking for the resort fee. Decent location. Excellent WiFi. Bad: satellite works poorly in storms, room at night is the brightest ever (seriously if you need darkness, go elsewhere). No free breakfast. I guess I got spoiled with my wife’s 7 years as platinum, now only gold. Shower pathetic. Ugly: $20+ tax resort fee? Come on, you must be joking. Brown streak stain across one of my pillows when I flipped it over the next day. Gross. Then found disgusting stains on the duvet, which was at least between a top and bottom sheet. Still unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn’t say avoid it, but I guarantee there are better options.

Nice stay First let me say the hotel is in a nice quiet location yet close to everything you need in town, including a great shuttle to take you to downtown (where you don't want to park). Second the staff really went out of their way to assist in every way possible. The room was pretty nice, recently redone. Comfy beds. My issues were the HVAC never really got the room cold (despite low in the 50s) and the water pressure in the shower was nearly zero. I have to assume these were issues only with my room. The breakfast in the morning was quite nice and the service superb. I would stay again.
