They overcharge and make up fake claims I was overcharged. Despite sending documents proving the rate I booked at to Baymont customer care, they said it was my fault for changing dates ( I never changed my dates) and would only offer a partial refund. I never received a receipt before I checked out to verify what they charged and nobody was at the front desk the entire morning - I checked at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 before I finally departed.

Bad Not good, paid $200 for a modest room and was informed the bathtubs were all broken. No compensation was offered.

Could not ask for more! We enjoyed our stay and the rate was reasonable. Was very pleased with everything and I looked hard to find if anything negative was worth mentioning - the one and only thing I could find was the flower beds on the property were in need of weeding (not something high on my priority list). I enjoyed seeing the hard-working, dedicated couple who I'm guessing may have been owners or managers. It showed that they have much interest in taking care of their property and guests. Thank you for a great stay!

Good experience Pella is an adorable town and the Baymont wasn't bad. The gentleman at the desk was lovely and made for a nice stay. The breakfast was decent although they had Fox News on. :( Clean and the room was comfortable for the two of us. I would stay again.

Uncomfortable bed!! Asked for a different room, and was told all the beds were the same. Housekeeping was cleaning the room next door, so I checked that bed out and it was much more comfortable
