Very enjoyable I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel room was quiet, I was in a downstairs room, and it was clean. Hotel staff was wonderful, they honored my stay preferences and were helpful. I really appreciated the fact they do not allow pets. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again .

Basically good, location an issue We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my sons. We missed the turnoff from i-280 and drove about 2 miles before finding a second place to turn around to ultimately get to the access road running alongside I-280. The room was clean and service at the front desk terrific. The breakfast buffet was apparently staffed by a single person, She had much to do to keep up with the guests. Issues included (1) there was only one fork left- she got some more OK after I found her. We had to search for spoons for the yogurt. We finally found them on another counter next to the oatmeal. It would help to have a container of spoons next to the knives and forks. There was no fresh fruit except bananas. Next time we will probably stay at the Holiday Inn next to fort Benning due to the access problem. On the whole our stay was fine. i

Good Family Visit We were in Phenix City to visit with family in early October . Room 424 has 2 queen beds & a standard bath tub/shower. The linens, pillows, and towels were all very nice. The WIFI worked very well. The breakfast was excellent. Our pre-teen grandchildren loved all the choices. The ladies did an outstanding job keeping everything well stocked on a busy Saturday morning.

Well Priced - Good Value This hotel is well located within reach of Columbus, GA and Ft. Benning. The staff was solid. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and safe. Rooms were super and I slept well. Recommend this hotel over more expensive hotels in Columbus.

Average experience My biggest complaint with this hotel is not informing you on check-in that Phenix city recognizes Eastern standard time (not central) even though it’s on the Alabama side of the Georgia/Border line. This should be told to every guest. My phone and IPad read central time while I stayed here. I got to breakfast with less than 10 minutes remaining because of this and the lady working the breakfast was rudely counting down by the minute when breakfast was closing and that they use eastern time (that would have been useful information at check-in! The room itself was clean although the room key was very finicky and had to be inserted multiple times on each occasion. Housekeeping knocked on the door even though I had a do not disturb sign on it. Parking was easy.
