So-So The hotel was clean and rooms comfortable enough. The restaurant is awful! Workers are slow. Took 45 mins to get chicken tenders and cheesesteak. Half hour to get our check. Food not that great. Does not offer free breakfast or even coffee except in room maker which was terrible. I’m happy they were deep cleaning the place but not at 5 am when a lot of people are leaving to catch flights. Should of been done in middle of night not early morning when people are going in and out.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THE SHUTTLE/MAKE YOUR FLIGHT ON TIME My daughter and I had a 6am flight and stayed at the hotel for convenience. Before I made the reservation, I checked with the hotel about their shuttle. They said it began running at 4am. Upon our arrival at the hotel, I reconfirmed this information with the front desk. They assured me that the shuttle would leave at 4am and encouraged us to be downstairs at least 10 minutes before departure. We followed these directions, but..... we waited and waited and waited.... and there was no shuttle. I went inside to ask the desk clerk what was happening, and he very rudely dismissed me. The thing is, this is an airport hotel. Many people stay there so that they are able to get a shuttle to the airport. (Note: The hotel does have a skywalk to terminals A and B), but there is literally no walking route for C, D, or E. So, I encourage you, to please be wary about booking here if you are relying on transportation to the airport. We wound up calling an Uber.

Ambassador member No upgrades, no club lounge. They do give you 450 Marriott points bc there is not a club lounge right now. Rooms are very small, and older but clean. Connected to the airport. Downtown is only 15 minutes away though, if given the option again, I would Uber down there.

Bright Spot(s) on an Otherwise Difficult Day This Marriott property saved what would have otherwise been a very bad day in my history. To make a long story short a flight cancellation due to circumstances beyond anyone's control forced me to be in Philadelphia instead of Paris France. The two bright spots of the day were 1) Matthew, who checked me in at the front desk of the Marriott; and 2) the food and beverage at the hotel restaurant/bar. I messed up and failed to get the names of the gentlemen and woman who assisted me that evening but I will tell you that they were working behind the bar on July 3rd, 2021, at 8:30 p.m. They were fantastic - as was the food. I had the vegetables stir fried rice with shrimp. My room was clean and comfortable and my only regret was that I would not be able to enjoy it for long as I had a very early flight out in the morning. I recommend this hotel very highly. Stop by the front desk and say hello to Matthew if he's on.

Convenient for an early flight Eric at the front desk was super friendly at check in. Our room on the ninth floor had a nice view of the airport and was super quiet. The room was functional, but the bed wasn’t made correctly, with the fitted sheet not reaching the corner of the bed.. You also want to be sure you know where you are going. The bridge to the B terminal is super easy, but we had to check bags at D which required a bit more if a slog through two parking garages. Still, we slept until 4:15 and still easily made our 5:30 am flight. Can’t do that in any other hotel at PHL! Will always stay here before an early flight.
