Exceeded expectations! We chose this hotel based on reviews and because it included a buffet breakfast…which was awesome. The room was so comfortable for my family of five…had more space than expected. Patio and pool area were very well kept and good taste in decor. Overall experience was wonderful.

Not clean The room was wonderful but the cleanliness was poor!!!! Wet bathroom floor with debris in the floor and spilled dried coffee in the kitchen area. The room was not cool never got below 73. The room was so nice but the other experience was not good .

Excellent Stay & Great Amenities Have had several stays at this location each with great service and excellent accommodations, the suites are spacious. Additionally, the availability of covered parking with multiple walkways makes its convenient. Aside from the usual breakfast, they also offer kickback included in the evenings. If you are flying out they also offer airport shuttle with great service and excellent and prompt pickup. Highly recommended and also great location near various food places to pick from and the mall as well.

Not a good value for your money I was excited to stay at Drury for the first time on a family trip. I was immediately disappointed. Room is very, very small and bathroom is tiny. Door to bathroom misses toilet by about 4 inches and tub by 2 inches. Have to maneuver just to shut the door. Toilet flush was lacking as was the shower pressure. If you want to watch a movie, you're out of luck if it's not on regular dish TV. No smart TV to log into Netflix and we couldn't even hook our iPad up to stream a movie. Pool is small considering size of hotel. We also noted on booking hypoallergenic bedding needed due to severe allergies. Confirmed on check in. Got to the room only to find feather pillows. That would have been a trip to the ER. Staff was very accommodating in changing out pillows. The pluses you ask? Covered parking, decent breakfast, their kick back includes three free drinks for each adult and also has a full dinner buffet. Hotel staff was very nice. Will not be recommending or staying at Drury in the future.

A stay with challenges This is a tough one, overall a good stay, but there were some challenges...desk folks were friendly at check in, at the 5:30 kickback, food was good, drink lines were long and apparently unmanageable. Watched a guy stand in line for a drink for 25 minutes, seems a little excessive, a manager came down at shut off time and made sure that it was shut off at the exact time, just a suggestion, perhaps get that fella some help. That same manager,(did not get his name) was a young fella and looked like he was trying to fill big shoes. Spoke abruptly to a couple of teenagers(weren’t mine), in a tone that didn’t seem appropriate for the situation, but again, I was just an observer. Our room was on the top floor, the a/c was not working correctly, and at 9pm we were moved to another room. So problem solved, but the stay certainly was not without a few hiccups....
