Bad all the way around!! Really poor customer service, I needed a TV remote for my room and they said maintenance would be up but never arrived. Over an hour later I called back and they told me maintenance had gone home for the night and there was nothing they could do. Air conditioner didn’t work and after 9 hrs the room still hadn’t cooled down. Breakfast was a joke, bacon was burnt black, eggs over cooked and waitress was more interested in talking to the kitchen staff. Had to go track her down to get my ticket. I told her I was in a rush and she didn’t seem to care. Ingrid was very nice and apologetic when I checked out. For $250/night this place is a mess and needs new management. Avoid

Very good option near the airport. Very comfortable, great pool and good service. They kept our bicycles at the conciergerie which was appreciated. Our room had a noisy AC, thought. We had an outstanding service by Brian at dinner. Thanks! Efficient shuttle service from and to the airport.

The airport hotel you want Fills the requirement for hotel airport: cheap, free WiFi, free airport shuttle, quiet, onsite food options, 24-hr convenience store, pool/hot tub. Has some of the expected wear and tear of a Hilton Hotel at the airport but everything works and is clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

One Night Stay, Love to come back We stayed one night at the Hilton PHX Airport & wish we could’ve stayed longer at this property. It was clean, friendly staff, nice quiet breakfast, lovely pool. It felt like a 90’s theme, what I mean is it didn’t feel too modern, it felt nostalgic in its style but not in an outdated way at all. Would love to come back here again. The airport shuttle is so quick & convenient too.

Kudos to the Airport Hilton I was hesitant to stay at an airport hotel, but was so happy we ended up at this Hilton. The staff is what made our stay special. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant, all employees were so friendly and helpful! A breathe of fresh air. Looks like they actually enjoy their jobs.Our room was clean and comfortable, bonus... the food was really good.
