Has room for improvement I believe this was a unique experience for this hotel chain, but it was not a great one. If you decide to stay here, make sure you talk to the front desk, as they were helpful.

Stay was ok There was no bar for drinks and no food other than breakfast available. The staff were friendly and nice. Hotel was dog friendly as well.

Worst hotel ever Hotel is in really bad shape like in pair with any cheap hotel chain, I found 2 cockroaches in my room alive, fortunately I was traveling with my brother and not with my family, my wife would have run away immediately, I was attending a copa America match so we didn’t make a big deal about it. The carpet was torn, the sofa bed was dirty and in really bad shape. The bathroom was dirty, there was a leak in the roof right above the shower head. The highlight was that we found another cockroach alive in the elevator walking towards the ceiling, I regret a lot for not having stayed in a different hotel chain.

No hot water Wasn't told there wasn't any hot water till the end of the week. Wanted us to cancel and go elsewhere at the last minute. Very hard to find a hotel during baseball games concerts and more happening that weekend.
