Ew I’m not overly picky and don’t expect a lot out of a place that’s only $100. I don’t, however, expect the room to be disgusting. I’m not sure if our room was cleaned at all, it has me questioning if our sheets were washed or of the bed was just remade. There were cigarette burns though the bedding, what looked like blood on the wall, writing on the bathroom door. The water felt slimy, even my dog wouldn’t drink it. The bed was almost as hard as if I’d just slept on the floor. We ran into another guest on our way out who said hi and said he was, “just ready to get out of this s***hole.” I couldn’t agree more.

Rest I'm leaving in the morning after a two week stay. I was highly impressed with the quality of this room for the price. Service was excellent I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and quickly brought me anything I needed. In room 215, there were marble counters, the floors were tile and classy wood-look laminate. Also a nice size tub, a hide a bed loveseat and a roomy king size bed, a microwave a refrigerator a desk, free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. Everything to make it a nice short time, home away from home or just an overnight stay. Convenient location right off of I-59 in the friendly town of Picayune where you can have everything you need.

Excellent Stay! I have to say first that if you are looking for an upscale hotel, this is not it. But if you need a convenient, economical, and need to park something BIG (there is space for large trucks), this is for you. That being said, we had an excellent stay. The owners/managers went out of their way to see that we were comfortable and taken care of. Great customer service! This is an older hotel with doors open to the outside. It was clean, mattresses were extremely comfortable, great water pressure and lots of hot water, coffee and free breakfast (didn’t eat breakfast so I don’t know what it consisted of, but the coffee was good), no carpet (a plus!), lots of English and Spanish language TV stations, and a well-functioning handicapped accessible room (one of our party is in a wheelchair). The area was safe and there were many food options within walking distance. There is also a washer/dryer for guest use. So while it wasn’t fancy, it took care of all of our needs plus some. I would stay there again without hesitation! Thank you!

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING If you value you health you will not stay in this motel we stayed one night after running out of hours to drive (were truckers) in which it smelled horribly of mildew after waking up we found mold in the morning on the base boards and in the shower my fiancée and I got soooooo soooo sick and I have asthma and I had an allergic reaction to the the mildew and mold not mention out room was disgusting the was hair and sticky stuff on the bathroom door and something on the wall behind the trash can and out chair in the room was missing, it was dusty and our shower was missing the over flow to the tub! Not to mention the bed had no base just a metal liner around the bottom and the mattress was old and the people above us kept moving furniture all night long! The woman at the front desk said we wouldn’t be charged that morning but the owner charged us later that day for the room and refused to refund it because we stayed I had to call my credit card company. Keep your kids away from here they will get deadly sick and you will too!

Always a pleasant stay. I stayed there once because the car rental office was closed. Neil the front desk clerk was a riot. We talked and laughed for about an hour. I return last week and in the special request section of my reservation I requested an adult beverage in my room. When I checked in, Neil remembered me and again we talked for awhile. He told me that they couldn't put anything in my room for insurance reasons. But he did have one in the fridge in the breakfast area. The rooms are always clean and he puts me in the back so that I don't have to listen to the highway traffic.
