Never Disappoint Great customer service! Room was very clean and comfortable!!!Delicious breakfast!! Great location for food, entertainment and shopping!! Pool was clean and indoors!! The hotel is very affordable and easy access to the interstate and casino!!

Great stay Nice, clean, and affordable room. Comfortable beds with quiet environment. Many hot breakfast options, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again the next time I am traveling through Pine Bluff, Ar.

Horrible Place and experience I reserved here to attend UAPB Homcoming. Pictures of this place online is not how they appear in person. There was a bug that looked like a roach in the bathroom. Used containers of soap and lotions left on the sinks . When I moved the soap more bugs came crawling. My husband contacted the front desk to Theresa to report this. She gave another room. That room was dirty as well; we have pics . This place has leaking ceilings with bags taped on the wall to cover the large hole in the wall on the first floor . The pool area has chipped paint . Which I definitely didn’t feel comfortable exposing a child to this. We immediately walked out this hotel ! Overall, this place is very dirty and with the chipped paint and leaking ceiling. It can’t be good to your health at all. Especially those who has respiratory issues. Please avoid!

moid black mold in bathroom bad smell in room would have asked for a refund and gone on down the road if we hadn't been so tired, We had been traveling all day and at our age {late 70's} we expected a clean room at a Super 8
