Adequate Adequate needs renovation. One nite stay on the road. Old decor. Not as clean as it should be in the rooms. Right across from Pinehurst high school. Sign is low to the ground so not easy to see. Breakfast is serve yourself. Still recovering from the pandemic

Excellent location and very nice staff The staff at the location was wonderful and the location was ideal for our recent stay. I think that the facility has just dropped below an average rating. The hallways were dirty (carpet). The laundry room was a debacle. Wallpaper peeling, furniture needing upgrade or replacement, bathrooms kinda old. The place just needs a facelift and some extra investment.

Not worthy of the Marriott Brand Stayed over a weekend in May. The shower had 10% water pressure and you could not adequetly bathe. When the property manager was contacted as soon as we arrived, they said they would get someone to look at it. 6 Hours Later.... The problem still persisted and I called and was told that the maintenance personnel would not be in all weekend. This was for the entirety of our stay! Additionally the "grab and go" breakfast was of gas station quality and was cold. This is not acceptable of the Marriott brand. This is why it is a category 3 hotel and why it may go lower very soon.

Worn & tired, expected much better Worn & tired, desperately in need of updating. Stained, dirty carpeting in room, peeling wallpaper in bathroom. We had requested a room w/king sized bed on an upper floor, but upon check in, was informed (and not very politely) that no rooms on upper floors or king beds were available (really?). We have stayed at multiple Springhill Suites in the past and just assumed this one would be fine. Boy were we wrong! Will not stay here again, going to the Hilton Garden Inn instead.

Basic in every way This is where you stay when price is a top consideration and not a modern clean hotel with any amenities or good service. It is barely passable on the list of types of places acceptable enough for me to stay in. Needs a renovation and some employees who care.
