DISRESPECTFUL MOLDY NIGHTMARE SMH I don't even know where to begin this was exactly what I put at the title review it was exactly a DISRESPECTFUL MOLDY NIGHTMARE we tried making our reservations over the phone and the girl on the phone was so rude it was ridiculous every time we asked her a question she kept getting nippy we asked her to add our discounts she didn't know how to do it SMH it was ridiculous so we just came in in person I came in with my cousin first one we got in there and we were intercepted by some lady that I figured out was the one that was on the phone I can tell by the voice plus she was just as rude in person if not more than she was on the phone I asked her what her name was and she looked at me like she was going to get aggressive and then said PATRICIA SMH so I'm guessing that's what her name was after a struggle with her at the front desk and her attitude and what she didn't know how to do on the computer she sent my cousin to a dirty room he came back down to tell her it was dirty of course she got an attitude and sent him to two more rooms that were dirty finally they stuck him in a room it was ridiculous I dropped my stuff off and went to go try to get something to eat at the breakfast which was apparently still open and let me tell you that was ridiculous when you go in there there's not a very wide variety of things everything's dirty and sticky the floor sticky the counters are sticky the little cartons of milk are open but it's not for coffee it just looks like someone's drank from it and sat it on the counter this place was gross they had eggs and pork sausages but I absolutely do not eat pork so I try to get eggs they were cold and when I flipped one over one of them had the nerve to have MOLD I was disgusted but the table I sat at dripped on my arm when I looked up it was something leaking from the ceiling in the breakfast room this place is terrible I went back to the room to tell my cousin what happened and he started pointing out mold different places in the room this place was God awful that's why I marked it what I marked it A DISRESPECTFUL MOLDY NIGHTMARE SMH because that's exactly what it was we were disrespected constantly dripped on and hit with mold from multiple angles it was a nightmare I thought it was a prank at first but it's sunk in quickly that it was not a prank and you have to be on the lookout for people hassling you for money on the way in there's no security

Never again. Wish I had photos to share. When I put the directions into my gps it stated that the hotel was rated as 2.8 out of 5. That is extremely over rated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as are keys didn’t work on the second day. The rest was just plain awful. The carpets were stained, the bathroom had a hole in the wall from the door knob, the refrigerator door would not open due to being unlevel and caused the seal to pull away, the toilet tank seal was leaking and caused it to refresh every two minutes, the light on one side of the bed did not function due to no outlet to plug it into. During our stay and ambulance took what appeared to be a homeless person away that had collapsed right outside the main entrance. The stay was short and should I have complained to the staff? Certainly, but I did not believe that any other rooms would be any different if they were willing to give this one out. Easy answer, never again.

DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Drug addicts and pimps in the lobby asking for a room real quick, my no smoking room smelled like smoke and was FILTHY. All of the furniture was broken, the bathroom fixtures were broken and there was actual trash and dirty towels under the bed. NEVER AGAIN.

WYNDHAM SHOULD BE EMBARRASED STAY AWAY - We had 10 rooms - The place has no Lobby furniture, no place to socialize, breakfast was literally Hot Pockets. Soft spots in the floor feel like you're gunna fall through. In 3 days no fresh towels or room cleaning. checked out and a week later we get a surprise "Damages Bill" for $50.00 for make up on a towel. Tammy the manager is everything except helpful. Such a scam. HORRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD RUN AWAY!!!

More than Renovations are needed here ! The sign says under renovations, but it, this sign, has been there for a few years, I have stayed here several times before, but this was the worst stay. Room 315 needs a lot of attention. Here are my complaints: 1) the bathroom fan MUST be replaced. the vibration is unbearable I don't know how the cleaning crew doesn't complain. 2) The TV remote does not control power on the TV, but it does change channels. There is some kind of electronics pard in the TV exposed. I can see the electronics chip. 3) The floor needs to be replaced. My last stay over 1 year ago had a better floor. 4) The controls on the air conditioner are unreadable. The Air Conditioner actually works too well, and I could not get it adjusted correctly. Pottsville deserves a better Hotel then this! I was born and raised here. Mabe keeping the Pomeroy's building needs to be reconsidered.
