Quaint Inn We stayed one night in the Anne Room. This is the room that has the outdoor balcony to sit on which was charming! The room was a bit small as this is an old house, but fine for one night. Lots of soft colored towels and the bed was comfortable. The Anne room does not have a tub, only a shower. BUT there is a tub in a separate bathroom guests can use! We didn't. The owner was super friendly and funny. Breakfast is served a la carte and you make what you'd like. There are also lots of snacks and drinks set out/in the fridge if you're hungry at night. The Inn was very quiet on a weekday. Parking is in back of the house. Only negative was the cheese put out for breakfast was moldy. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. Would stay again as we love old houses and the owner was so nice.

Great for the inside. This location has a major construction project underway. The outside looks a lot neglected. The inside is nice, quiet, and the room was comfortable and clean. That was what was most important to me; but I would have loved to have been able to sit on the front porch. The host, Bob, lives on site and is very pleasant and accomodating. I look forward to going back when the outside is cleaned up.

Very nice overnight stay Bob was a wonderful host, and the room nicely decorated. Many food choices were available for breakfast, and snacks and drinks available in the dining room. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

What a find! This B & B is absolutely lovely. The interior is beautifully decorated; our room, Anne, was spacious. The house itself is a fine example of Victorian architecture and perfectly located close (two blocks) from Main Street with its restaurants and shops. The owner, Bob, endures all is to your liking as well as providing a continental breakfast, and other snacks.

Pleasant surprise and excellent host We were visiting friends in Ravenna, and this was the closest place to stay. It was a definite pleasant surprise. Plus, it's only a 4-5 minute walk to main street that has restaurants, bars, and a winery/brewery/cider place. We stayed in the Victoria Room. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Every room has a private bath with shower, and the rooms have been updated since the majority of the pictures we saw before our visit. It has modern day amenities like a self serve code into the building and wifi. We will bring our firestick next time for the tv. We could not get over the breakfast. Fresh berries, bagels, large muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, nut roll, and fresh fruit are more than your typical Continental breakfast. Plus, it's a classy formal breakfast setting, including the dishes. Outside of breakfast times, there are free refreshments in the dining room if needed (just don't take more than you require out of respect for the owner). The best part of our stay was meeting Bob, the owner. He makes you feel so welcome and really goes above and beyond as a host. We will definitely be back when we make the trip to visit our friends.
