DUKE IS VERY COOL GUY Duke is amazing dealer: Had a blast. Duke is a funny guy and made our night fun. It was really cool to meet and play whiles he deals because he is fun guy and dealer. It was so pleasure to play with him. We are coming back because of him to make fun again.

Maria was amazing Maria was very excellent, very personable, very poilet. She does a great job, and also very efficient. I will definitely say one of the friendliest slot attendants I have ever met. She deserves a raise, or some kind of employee of the month of some sort.

The best stay in Reno!! You can bet on it! Stayed at the RV camping. Full hook ups, sites for 30amp back- in are extremely tight. No shade or grass just asphalt and rocks so it is very hot. Ate at the Grand Buffet and it was very good. Crab legs galore. Plenty of options and the staff is wonderful! I particularly want to thank the manager of the buffet. We are medical personnel and he honored the military discount. Outstanding service. So much to see and do, it’s overwhelming . I would highly recommend staying at the Grand Sierra Resort. We will definitely visit again.

casey is the best casey is amazing we love him so much. very great at his job he serves the big big raise casey is so awesome he is a great father a great man a great everything. get you some more people that are like casey i don’t know what else’s to wrote but just know casey really made my day

Where’s the blackjack? So many casinos no longer play blackjack but a variant blackjack game that lowers the player’s win percentage. GSR is one such casino. It seems, due to Covid, casinos, trying to stay afloat, rigged the rules such that their odds went way up. It’s sad that no longer does a player have much of a chance of going home a winner.
