Just perfect Belmont Copacabana Palace welcomes you perfectly. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Manu and the other girls in the reception. The guys from the breakfast and restaurant are also great. Because of the Pandemic we couldn't experience the so famous breakfast buffet but anyway it was nice. The lights in the room/ bathroom may be one of the few problems, if you turn one on all the others turn on as well. And of course everything is really expensive , a little bottle of water for 16,00. A dream came true. Thanks for everything.

An icon hotel in Rio The hotel is excellent, the location is outstanding, with a friendly staff. We stayed at "Anexo" Building in an excellent suite with sea and pool view. Room service was amazing. Spa is top quality so is the gym. If you are looking for an experience to remember, I highly recommend Copacabana Palace.

The best hotel ever. Deserves every single star. From the concierge (Luana, the best ever!) to the pool service (Thank you, Thayssa!) and even house keeping, first class service all around. The best hotel I ever stayed at and the best place to celebrate an engagement :) Will return many more times.

The only place to stay Superb hotel on Copacabana beach. Comfort cleanliness service And food first class . So glad we managed to visit just before lockdown in the UK . We are looking forward to returning hopefully in the near future covid permitting! The only place to stay in Rio.

best hotel im the whole world but can still be attendant to the details, as open the car door when arrival and to the restaurants order, but besides that they are a amazing hotel, with a huge facilities and allowing their guests to play the piano for several hours was a huge plus since it was raining all night long
