2 Week Stay. Cold and snow. Was great stay. Only issue I had was no hot water in my room Saturday night, Sunday and Monday morning, it was fixed by 5.00 pm Monday. Took 3 Luke warm/cold showers. But it was the plumber they called in fault. Plumber sent inexperienced tech. They shut off the circulating pumps. Then had issue the last night there. Seen someone I knew his family back home. Ask an employee to please give him my number, have him call me if he comes up here. Talked to his aunt here at home, she was like wow. Now she hoping he comes up to stay at their B&B. Was just trying to get family together. But the employee took it wrong way. Assumed I had other intentions. I have a girlfriend at home. 2 weeks there and only those two is sues. All other employees very nice. James and Taylor great. Then 2 of the ladies at front desk great. Helped me with site seeing suggestions. I’d stay there again. But will avoid the one employee. Or I’ll request different accommodation next business trip. I’m sure other hotels there just as nice. Shame there no game rooms or entertainment in the building. For the non drinking patrons. But thanks for great stay otherwise.

Wonderful hotel This hotel was great. Comfy bed. Magnificent shower. Everything was perfect. Felt safe. Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. There was a restaurant that was very good. No continental breakfast. Would stay there again.

Spacious We were in Rockford IL for business, so were definitely on a budget. The hotel is easy to find, with plentiful free parking. Walking in the lobby was lovely, with a huge crystal chandelier. The staff was very professional and check in was easy. My room wasn't very modern, but it was HUGE and well appointed, with a desk, ottoman, sofa and coffee table. The bathroom had a double shower way up high; a rain shower and regular one. Hard for me to reach (not tall) but nice. We agreed that when we come back to Rockford, we'd stay there again.

Great experience! We came into town for a memorial service for a family member. We found our stay to be very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was excellent! We will definitely use this hotel again!

Checked out in the middle of the night If you have to visit Rockford, Illinois there are many other low-cost places to stay besides the Radisson. My husband and I checked out of this facility in the middle of the night because we were awakened by other guests having what sounded like a party, in a nearby room. My husband called down to the front desk and complained. Nothing was done, the partiers continued and even began playing music. My husband ultimately went down to the front desk at which time he was told that the cameras were checked and no one could be seen in the halls, so nothing was done. The woman (Veronica or Valerie) was clearly not inclined to provide any further assistance, so we check out. Upon leaving, Veronica or Valerie simply advised that all she needed was our keys. She offered no apology, whatsoever. She was completely apathetic. If you have to visit Rockford, there is a Courtyard Marriott and several other similarly hotels nearby. I would not stay at the Radisson.
