Appalling and Dreadful We booked this hotel to attend our sons wedding. We were travelling from New Zealand but in May 2020 Italy shut its borders and we couldn’t travel. We tried to rebook and use our credits but the hotel wasn’t open in September 2021 and we had to stay elsewhere. No money has been returned despite the hotel saying it would refund us 2 rooms for 4 nights a considerable amount. Appalling would never imagine a Hotel in the Accor group to be so dreadful

the hotel does not exist but takes your money I have an active prepaid booking at the hotel done via Accor portal. Just discovered on here that the hotel is closed - which neither Accor nor the hotel informed me about. Thank you TripAdvisor for providing very useful service! Got in touch with Accor - as the hotel does not exist anymore - and they are looking into that. It is like they are trying to kill customer confidence and trust and take your money and keep it for o reason. Outrageous!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - IT IS ACCEPTING BOOKINGS BUT ITS CLOSED We were booked to stay there for the long weekend starting on Friday, August 13th. We thought it was a Friday the 13th joke when we pulled up to the hotel and the doors were shut and there was no answer on the phone. The man in the show store next door told us the hotel has been closed for two years. We made the booking through Expedia and are still waiting to get our refund. Shocking nonsense. We found a wonderful hotel nearby but it was all a huge hassle and wasted a full day or our short vacation.

Wish I could have written this after staying! Booked this pre covid and of course had to cancel. It has been almost a year now and they seem to be refusing to give me a refund. Really?? I would have booked my exact trip using this hotel again if and when it is ever safe to really travel but their attitude about this is making me rethink visiting them. Every other hotel, side trip, car service etc refunded me my money. I will def. use all those people again. Shame on a hotel for taking advantage of this pandemic.

Probably between a 3 star and 4 star hotel I just spent two nights at La Griffe. My overall rating is 4 but probably should be 3+. The hotel needs some investment and refurbishment. I had a nice, spacious 2 story suite but the furnishing are quite old. The hotel corridors are very basic and not too attractive. On the plus side, the people working at the hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful and the location is quite convenient. I think the pricing is also fairly reasonable. Breakfasts on the 9th floor of the hotel were quite good as well.
