"Overpriced for the Services Provided" I give an excellent rating to all the staff at this hotel, regardless of their position. They were very patient, polite, and kind in their interactions with customers. In terms of cleanliness, it was very good. However, the amenities were very limited. The number of tea bags and coffee portions was very low. The room sizes were good, but the pillows were uncomfortable. The location was central and well-positioned for access to tourist attractions, close to the Market Hall. As for the breakfast, it was very good in terms of freshness and taste, but quite average in terms of variety. Overall, considering the price paid — in terms of value for money — it was not worth it at all and was very expensive. The service did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel, especially regarding amenities and breakfast, which were more on the level of a three-star hotel. The check-in and check-out system was very fast, and they used a very interesting technology for opening and closing the room doors and operating the elevator — you actually did it with your mobile phone.

Quirky hotel and friendly staff Friendly welcome on arrival and to our surprise our room was ready for us at 10.30 am . So we could go out and explore straight away . Lovely quirky hotel very clean and a comfortable bed . Breakfast had a good choice . All staff were very friendly and helpful with information .

Nice :) I traveled for business and chose this hotel based on its excellent reviews, location, and photos—and I’m very glad I did. The hotel is new, spotless, and offers a great breakfast with thoughtful gluten-free options. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. I’ll definitely return.
