Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego – Zoo/SeaWorld Area

Economical and comfortable stay for a large group Booked 30 rooms for a high school band trip and was very satisfied at every step of the process! Sales Manager Breonna booked our stay and was so responsive in returning emails, and was professional and friendly, AND she gave us a good group rate. She was also conscious and thoughtful about how/where she assigned rooms for us in the hotel. Ashley checked us in upon arrival and was so friendly and helpful! She made us feel welcome (despite the large size of our group, which could be overwhelming to some). Complimentary breakfast included in our stay had enough variety and the breakfast area was large & clean, and they were cooperative with some allergy concerns. There was ample space for our 2 charter buses in the hotel parking lot. Our group visited both the nearby Zoo and Sea World, which were a convenient short drive away. Our students, parent chaperones and staff were well taken care of, and I heard no complaints about any of the rooms. I personally found the bed, pillows and linens in my room to be extremely comfortable. Our group stayed in rooms with 2 queen beds plus a sofabed, and the rooms had both a mini fridge and a microwave.

Affordable!!! The best part was that it was clean and affordable, and the cleaning staff is wonderful. Other than that, the room upon arrival had an either a moldy smell or an egg smell. Neither pleasant. The wifi never worked and the room was on the side where we can hear all the cars all night!

Very Clean. Helpful Staff. Rooms need refresh Very clean. In the room, rugs are stained in places, mirror edges, pictures are worn and pieces missing from frame. Bed frame covers also worn. Bathroom tub tiles couldbe recaulked to freshen up. A general refresh is needed. Staff very helpful.

Nice hotel in spite of road noises at night. The hotel was clean and employees were helpful and kind. There was a lot of road noise all night long from our fourth floor room. Other than the noise it was a nice hotel. Breakfast was nice. Survey is not friendly to do so I dropped it from 4 to only three stars.

Comfy, clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. Staff was friendly. They greeted us in the hallway. Our room was very clean. The free beakfast provided had great selection, from hot breakfast to bread and pastries, and many selections of beverages. It was nice having good breakfast to start our day.
