Poor Quality Stay – Would Not Recommend I chose this hotel thinking it would be a decent, budget-friendly option, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience from start to finish. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell—like pool water mixed with something stale. It hit me the moment I walked in and never went away. My bathroom had visible mold, which was both disgusting and concerning. The light above the shower was literally hanging down, and the door lock to my room was broken, which made me feel unsafe. It was clear that maintenance is not a priority here, and the overall condition of the hotel was neglected and run-down. The only positives I can mention are the friendly staff and the convenient location. But unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for how uncomfortable and unsanitary the stay was. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, safety, or basic upkeep.

What an amazing experience! I want to thank the staff for being great at what they do. They take their time with each Guest to make sure they have the best experience! The front desk people were amazing. The housekeepers all try to open your door, but hey, there’s usually 4 of them just trying to get their job done! Even the Valet, one driver his name is Cam, he was great. I don’t remember the other guys’ names, but they’re all wonderful. I stayed here for 4 nights, and I’m just wowed out at the hospitality. I’m from Las Vegas too, so I know alllll about the Hospitality Industry! And of course, the Night Auditors and the security guard were easy to talk to and made the night a bit more fun. Of course I have to thank the GM and AGM for being so hospitable. I will definitely be staying here many more times to come!

Great Hotel This was a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the room roomy, and a great breakfast buffet serviced by two sweet ladies. Matthew at check-in was especially kind and helpful.The views were pretty spectacular from the breakfast on the 16th floor. We’d definitely stay here again.

Avoid this hotel Hotel Closed without prior notice! According to Marriott, property has been closed since 1/15/24. I booked a Priceline reservation in November 2024 for 1/17/25 - 1/20/25. When I arrived I found the hotel is closed. No one called, text, or emailed me of this closure and cancellation of my reservation. I contacted Marriott customer service directly who was not helpful at all or apologetic for the lack of communication of my reservation being canceled and the hotel closing. The customer service says since I booked via Priceline, then they cannot provide prior notice to the closure. So it looks like the contract between Marriott and Priceline is only for collecting customer's money instead of providing proper service! Very unacceptable and poor customer service from Marriott. They have officially lost my business. Do not book with Four Points or any Marriott property they do not care about providing guests with good service. Shame on you, Marriott!

Ok for few nights Very close to Little Italy and main transports. Quite noisy as the highway is just behind. It is a pretty old building that requires renovation, which is now happening in the lobby. Overall it’s ok for a weekend, the price is not bad, but better than most of the hotels of the area
