Family trip Fastest check-in I had ever experienced. It literally was a 5 to 7 minutes. Clean hotel overall and friendly staff members. I want to give a shout out to our waiter Jacob Jonathan at the Cafe Solaris restaurant for the great and i mean GREAT service.

Great week in Los Cabos The entertainment team was the best that has been there in a long time. Fernanda, Irving, Alexandra and Felipe kept the energy going and we're so much fun! Shootout to Eduardo at the pool bar. He kept the drinks coming while still having fun. Christina at the towel station was always quick with a smile and hug. Sujey our concierge was so sweet. The people are what keep us going back.

Family friendly fun in the sun We visited as a family of 7 (grandparents, children, & 3 young grandchildren) and had a wonderful time. Highlights included: * Friendly, attentive, and helpful service (bartenders & restaurant servers were all great and always seemed to have a sincere smile; a couple of names of note: the restaurant supervisor (I think Angel) and Sharon at the front desk) * We had excellent dinners at the restaurants (included in the cost but reservations were required): Marco Polo (salmon), Zai (vegetarian pad tai), and Panchos (definitely order the Mexican coffee after dinner - it is quite a show in itself) * Brick oven pizza was a daily ritual for lunch * Cleanliness * Kids’ water slides & park (our young grandchildren really enjoyed the daily activity projects led by Cesar, including making flowers & pinwheels) * Pool music & afternoon activities * Plenty of available lounge chairs around the pool * Attractive landscaping * Ocean & pool view from our 6th story rooms * The hotel app worked well for making dinner reservations and for the daily itinerary of activities * Uber was readily available & inexpensive for trips from the hotel to downtown San Jose (“El Centro”) - and we would definitely recommend hanging out there in the evening A couple of miscellaneous comments that may be helpful to know for next time : * I thought it was either misleading or not transparent that the included transportation was ONLY FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL upon our arrival; NOT back to the airport on our departure (…so be sure to make arrangements using the hotel’s service for an extra fee or through another local transportation company) * As mentioned in several other reviews: the beach is great but the ocean is virtually unswimmable due to the strong undertows

Solo Traveler Amazing experience, I felt very safe as I was traveling alone, the entire staff was very attentive considering I was a solo traveler. I would like to give a special shout out to Fernanda, Alessandra and the bartenders orcourse especially Eduardo for their attention. Thank you Solaris, until next time.
