Diamond We were close by everything we needed in an emergency situation. Staff was great and environment was very clean and well taken care of. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

You should not jump to this without looking at the room condition. Pictures are very deceiving! Roaches come out at night or when it’s dark. Parking lot is used by Drug Dealers. Breakfast is all expired stuff. This happened in August 4-6, 2023, the food had expired since May, 24,2023. I got pictures. Refrigerator freezer was frozen up that the door could not close. Exhaust fan was broken. The iron and the hair dryer the wires were sticking out right next to the sink. Can’t wait to hear who gets electrocuted . All the money they make is going to a lawsuit.

dirty, roaches requested non-smoking and we were given a smoking room. The room was dirty; not vacuumed, trash in trash cans, empty beer cans in the room. microwave was filthy. Shower curtain rod was being held together with masking tape at both ends of the wall and shower curtain was filthy. The 2nd day nobody ever came to clean or give fresh towels. We had to walk down to the office to get fresh towels ourselves. Last but not least; there was ROACHES.

A hole manager He was rude and tried to kick my bf off the property when he was simply waiting for me by the pool not bothering anything or anyone. Then the next day during checkout said someone was smoking the day before in the room when he went in and I was in the room all day that day and no one came in and no one was smoking
