Grateful it was a short stay This place is dirty and gross in general. I think they are very understaffed, so I don't blame the workers, but it's run down and feels sketchy. I wouldn't stay here again. There were also huge bugs in our room. Breakfast was a disappointment. Terribly managed.

Not good at all... July 2024, my husband and I are middle aged and travel often. We were among a group of people who stayed here . The hotel is gross. In our room, the carpet had big stains, the floor in the bathroom and door entry were filthy. But the worse thing was the smell in the room. No amount of febreeze, room spray, or lysol spray made a difference. Honestly, it was a mixture of throw up and mold and mildew as if at some point there was water damage in this hotel. I am very surprised corporate is unaware of the conditions here. Other members of our group had the same issues. Several changed rooms, and still had the same issues. You really should stay elsewhere.

Very disappointing stay We have visited this area several times but this was our first stay in this hotel. We were greeted with the news that the hotel would be charging an extra $50 to our credit card in case we caused any damage to the room, and that would be refunded after 3 days assuming there was no damage. Had no idea this was Hilton policy and would not hand booked with them if we had known it. Checked into our room to find the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Immediately called reception to report the damage, a staff member came up and took it away to clean up. It was back on later that night when we returned. Then we realized during the night that the a/c did not work properly, and we guessed that somehow one of the windows was stuck open as we could hear a lot of noise from outside. We reported this in the morning when we checked out asking with the sink that blocked and took a long time to drain. We find it ironic that the hotel keeps our extra $50, earning interest, and we have to monitor our credit card to make sure the refund happens, and yet we are given a room with damage and maintenance issues. Will never return.

Where do I start? King ADA tub room. Broken taped up window. Leaky toilet. Poor water pressure shower. Terrible mattress that was mattress-padded to hide the fact. Holes in towels. Last minute notice of exterior construction. Workers violating every OSHA rule in the book. Exits barred, construction noise EASTER MORNING, areas not safely cordoned off to prevent falling debris injury. Horrible breakfast (think powdered eggs, unidentifiable meat and waterlogged hard-boiled eggs). Plastic wrapped apples. Hubby ate one and promptly spit it out. One morning no juice or fruit. NO. ONE. AT. DESK. for checkout. The lobby and breakfast area were good - and that's where it stopped. Not up to Hilton standards - think low budget hotel takeover. Work scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
