Great place to stay in Santiago city. This is an excellent hotel to visit Santiago. The service is excellent and the rooms are nice. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so is great for people who want to know Santiago and travel around the city. Also is really close to Santiago city monument.

Excellent Service with a View This hotel is centrally located near everything. It is near the monument within a short distance of anything you may want. At the time of my stay there was major construction which caused dome traffic. Once I arrived the service at this hotel is top notch from the parking at the garage to the door my room. We received nicely appointed rooms with a view of the monument and cable cars. The amazing thing about the hotel is that while the service was outstanding I felt like I was home with family. The personnel assisted me and my family me with just about everything with genuine care. Thank you for your excellent service and awesome breakfast! The personnel at this hotel deserve gold medals. Thank you!!!!

My overall experience I was totally happy. I had a great room very clean and nice view on the cable car. Breakfast was very good and fresh daily .my person in front lobby very attractive to my needs.room service was outstanding..gym area very clean and fanitize.i will return back to this location with my family. In the near future

Comfortable rooms in the centre of town. The hotel was fine and the staff, in general, kind and helpful except for the receptionist at check out. She did not give me a copy of the invoice and after we left the hotel, I realised that I had been charged twice for restaurants expenses. I found that unacceptable.

Excellent Choice This was a great selection to stay in Santiago. Very clean, central, kind and attentive staff at all levels, great breakfast, pleasant and clean room, very comfortable bed. The Restaurant has a beautiful views. Without a doubt this is an Excellent choice to stay in Santiago de los Caballeros. I will come back!!!
