Great disappointment, hidden fees for not used service and bad treatment at checkout. Tivoli use to be my favorite hotel in São Paulo, since 2018. I’ve been there couple of times a year. Recommended to friends and my husband is also here often in business trips. But this time I had an issue that I found VERY absurd and made me disappointed to the point to say that I’ll not come back. I Had to book a hotel last minute for a night because my international flight got canceled, I booked directly on their website and by mistake booked a fee including a pet - I didn’t even noticed it. When I arrived at the hotel, I spoke with the person at the check in and seemed to be all clear as obviously I had no pet. He confirmed the fee to be R$1024 + R$48. But during checkout the attendant Mr. J. Augusto was at first not sympathetic at all, and he gave me the bill including additional amount of R$255 for pet cleaning fee. I repeated 4 times that I had no pet, and was all spoken at the check in. Came to the point that he answered rude saying that was the price to be paid. Well, I WAS OBLIED TO PAY for a pet cleaning fee of R$255 while I HAD NO PET. This was extremely absurd. Despite of the circumstances, also the bad treatment. The next times I will look for another 5 star hotel that make sure all employees treat the customers in a decent way and specially don’t try to add payments for non-existent services. AWFUL SITUATION - and to make clear, I paid much higher fees in the past times, the complain is about paying for hidden fee for a service that was not used and for the bad treatment at the check out.

Excellent It was a great experience. We appreciated everything the hotel offer, including the amazing landscape from the roof top seen. When in São Paulo, indulge yourself staying at Tivoli Mofarrej. It will be awesome. Don’t forget the gym.

VD Vilian Chagas help was excellent, service minded and very professional. Tivoli is my recommendation of hotel in São Paulo. Don’t miss out to enjoy a drink or food at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The pasta is amazing.

Exceptional service Service was absolutely exceptional from every member of staff. I booked this hotel because I thought they would take good care of my mother who is older and has some health problems. Exceeded my expectations. Staff were extremely proactive, efficient, warm, polite, unassuming, and discrete. I am grateful and very happy to have chosen this hotel

Romantic weekend escape We had a couple romantic massage, Anantara Spa is definetly one of the Best spas you can find in São Paulo! All the staff from front desk to the restaurant Seen (special thumbs up to Fabiano from Seen and William from bookings and Juliana/Joana from the spa). All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for the red roses and champagne in our room and making our weekend unforgettable! We will be back!
