Bed bugs and no compensation for damaged personal items I’m disappointed with the lack of response from Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. I’ve reached out via email multiple times regarding compensation for our damaged items due to bed bug issue during our stay, but I never received a reply from fd.countryinnsav@gmail.com. On 8/9, I spoke with the hotel manager, who informed me that the hotel owner decided no compensation would be issued to assist with damaged person items. Is this correct? When I asked for the owner’s contact information to discuss this matter further, the manager refused to share it and abruptly hung up the phone. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Bed Bugs and TV cast not working We had issues during our stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson at 21 Yvette Johnston Hagins Drive, and we had some many issues. The TV Cast feature does not work at all and our refrigerator had left over food from previous guests. Then we woke up around 3 AM to find bed bugs crawling on one of the beds.My legs, torso and arms had bite marks all over it. We tried to resolve issue with the manager but she was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. We have evidence of the bugs, including videos ( see attached pictures. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money nor time staying at this hotel.

GREAT OVERNIGHT STAY The location was good and close to lots of restaurants and other hotels and gas stations. Walmart was close, just incase you forget something. Right off interstate 95. The rooms were clean. They had a good buffet breakfast. Free parking. Not far from Savannah if you do not want to stay in the city.

Great Stay Patrick & Avirel and all staff were great and shows a lot of southern hospitality I will definitely visit this prestigious hotel again. They make sure our staff was comfortable. Breakfast was refilled and stocked. I appreciated they had two waffle makers. The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable.

Great stay just for day or longer Very nice stay great place priced very good for busy airport and I 95 clean room great looking place will stay again. Easy to get to many places to get fuel to eat just about any kind of food you like worth the visit. Would like to have stayed longer but just driving for the day and return home trip.
